Tew is easy to contact and he will get back with you right away. At first Tew tried hard to get unit repaired quickly but employees started to get tired and at a loss of what to repair next ! UPDATE::: ( August 11,2017 ) We have continued to have problems with unit and Doug Tew wants to try & replace one more thing, the reverse valves,, there has been a lot of repairs and parts replaced that nothing is working. This will be the last thing! ( we've waited over a week for this last part !! ) All of this has been ridiculous! I'm going to have Goodman replace the piece of junk!!
