Q&A construction is by far the best construction company I have ever dealt with. David Lee is the…read moreowner and is the kindest, honest, most hard working contractor I have ever met. His crew was always on time, respectful and kind. We did a whole house renovation on Lake Eddins in Pachuta, MS and never had one hiccup during the whole process. David kept in close contact when picking up supplies, taking pictures of the progress and full, daily reports at the end of each day. We live 3 hours away so the communication was so important with this renovation. When the project was complete, David sent his guys back to help with the move in and installing furniture. They were truly the dream team and we are so happy with our home! Anytime we need now with David, we know he's a phone call away and will send his crew over to help! I would highly recommend Q&A Construction

We looked around for a plumber in the small community but there isn't one. So Yelp was the go to. Let me start with Adam's amazing customer service. Did a Yelp search and AW popped up. Sent him a text, Adam came by the next day and we decided to ask him for an estimate on replacing the entire intake hot and cold water supply lines for the house. He gave us a great deal. While he was giving us that estimate, I also asked about installing a brand new electric water heater. He gave us a good deal on that as well. He told us he could get started the next day. Which he did. It was a two day job. But he did what was needed for us to have water again. Tankless water heater works great! We can sleep well at night knowing our plumbing needs have been taken care of! Thanks Adam! Pretty sure we will be calling you back in the near future for others projects!

He found the leak. Yelp, under the house. Yelp in the bathroom area. It was a toilet leak that was not flushing well and back flow was coming up around the wax ring. It had wet the floor and the floor about the toilet was not supportive to a new toilet. Did not fix it. But wanted to be paid $256! No fix and the assessment (which i had already told them!) was more than a new toilet. They charged for the 15-minute trip from their location to mine, and the 15 minute trip back to the shop and more than an hour at the location to not do anything, but say yea you have a leak. I had a bad experience before many years ago with this company and thought the Christian thing to do was forgive and give them another chance. Man that was an expensive decision! Call somebody else if you want your leak fixed!
