They pushed me to sign an agreement without ever providing a detailed quote or sending anyone to look at the project. When I asked questions, they were rude and unprofessional. Text messages I received were also very unprofessional. After seeing similar complaints on the BBB, I decided NOT to move forward. It's a shame, because I was really hoping to support a local business, but the lack of professionalism and transparency was a deal breaker.
