I've never been, and came for a spray tan and the girl at the counter was so helpful, she told me about all the add ons but didn't pressure me at all to buy them, she gave me great advice and walked me through all the steps and told me how to make my tan last longer. She seemed to be the only one there and was efficient with customers coming and going. She talked me into getting a membership ( I didn't feel pressured). My tan looks amazing and I'm happy with the formula she picked for me and my skin tone. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because of the prices which I know the workers don't control, they don't set the prices so it's nothing against this specific location

Save yourself some aggravation and shop your tans local. This place needs a serious deep clean and has zero customer service.

I was told to make my change by the 25th which is fine. However regardless of when you make the change, be it the 5th or the 23rd, you can no longer use your current package until the end of the payment period. This ridiculousness kept me trying to time things just right...which most of us rarely do...especially if you don't come that often. When I walked in I did not wait at all she took me straight away. My stylist did an amazing job and really listened to everything I wanted done. I was offered to come back and spray tan for free. The results were the same. So I desupted the transaction with my bank and got my money back. It's been about a month and out of the blue I get a call from the owner Brandi harassing me so I hung up on her. She calls back and leaves me a message rambling on telling me I stoled from her and I wasn't welcome back. I was planning on going back anyway.
