I placed an order on 1/31/21, received confirmation and then waited another 3 days to receive any sort of shipping confirmation. Once I finally received a shipping email, it was said that it had not shipped yet but I should be receiving an email soon with information as it would be drop shipped from the manufacturer. I have been trying to call and email customer service for updates or a tracking number. NO ONE ever answered any emails, I was on infinite hold for over 15 minutes each time I called and NEVER spoke to a human being. I finally got someone on their live chat only to be told that my shipping date would be pushed back to march 31. UM, NO! I should have been notified immediately if they could not ship the item when ordered, I should not have to track this down! I ask for a refund and they tell me it will take over a week. This is bull! AVOID doing business with these people! read more

Shout out to Dan and Vivid Racing! Super easy transaction, great products, great service. Kept me up to date on all items. Tuning of my car took a little longer than expected but the shop was super informative and accommodating, so I have no issue whatsoever, it was the first time they were tuning my type of vehicle. On that note, I like how they are ever expanding their product line-up. Everyone else I know who has purchased products and services from this shop has had the same experience as mine! If you need great products and services, this is your spot! read more

This is my second update guys. I received a call from Adam at Vivid Racing the following day after I wrote my review. He was very apologetic about the situation with my rims not arriving on time, and said he would do whatever it took to make it right and in hopes of changing my review to a better one for them in which I said I'll take into consideration once I get my rims and the supposedly "refund" for my shipping. Guess what guys? I waited 2 weeks and I still not received anything. It's not the monetary portion i'm concerned about, it's the fact that you would call me and be all nice to sway me. After all that, in the end you still end up disappointing the hell out of me. No emails, no phones call, no nothing. By the way, I already got my rims. I don't know why after 2 weeks, I got an email said my rims is on the way. Just keep the shipping money, spend it on better the customer service. read more

The worst store to order your car parts took me 9 weeks to get my taillights

Worst car part company I have ever worked with in the 15+ years of me modding cars. Missing parts on top of sending me already highly damaged parts then blamed the shipper. I found the same item I bought that was " perfect when it left" On their website for half the price of what I paid and they showed all of the massive breaks in the carbon fiber. Dealing with Ben was a joke and pretty much blamed everyone else but them. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying far away from this company. You can order the same parts from tons of other places. Looks at the other reviews! you have been warned. read more

Would not recommend buying from them. Save yourself some headache. Bad experience twice.... ordered a very expensive suspension online and no communication for several days. Had no idea what was going on with my order. After several attempts reaching out to them I was able to cancel the order. Same happened again few weeks ago. I placed an order and dito. 11 days after placing the order online I called CS (which took a long time to get to one) and wanted to know what was going on with my order. CS didn't know it either so I ended up canceling the order ... again. Few hours later I'm getting an email with tracking number. So even after I canceled the order they did ship the order. How come? Vivid Racing is on my "do not do business" list. That item was supposed to be an X-Mas present not a new -years party gift. read more

Wow I should've read all their recent reviews before purchasing an item from them. They used to be pretty reputable and reliable but apparently I'm no the only one having problems with them. I ordered a set of BBS valve caps from them in December of last year, at the time I was pretty excited because these were sold out everywhere including the BBS website. On Vivid's website it appears as it they were in stock and ready to go. After my order I get an alert that they will notify me when the manufacturer is ready to ship my item. I waited a month before reaching out, that's when they said my item is actually out of stock but they are working on it and it will get shipped out in February. I waited past the date they gave me and reached out again. This time the rep from Vivid said Uh they are still in stock and there is no ETA. I'm like WTH I ordered these 3 months ago when your website made it seem like they are in stock and now there is no ETA? I looked around again and this time my local shop had a few sets available (thank you Supreme Power) and I'm getting these picked up today. I email Vivid to let them know to go ahead and cancel my order figuring this would be a simple request (I paid for an item that hasn't arrived after 3 months and no ETA, easy cancel right??). Nope. Mark from Vivid said my cancel "request" has been accepted and they are going to contact BBS to "work on the cancellation." Again WTH what is there to work on? It's not like I bought a set of 10K custom BBS wheels that are halfway done and I'm backing out. Literally 30 bucks for some caps and you want me to go back and forth go fight for a refund?? At the point I'm just gonna request a chargeback from my CC at this point rather than wasting more time going back and forth with these guys. Good luck Vivid Racing in the competitive world of high end car modding business you won't survive with your questionable tactics and even worse customer service. read more

If I could give negative stars I definitely would. Deal with Vivid Racing has been nothing but a huge problem. Order 1,500 dollars worth of stuff and never received it. Placed my order at the end of August and paid 50 bucks for 2 day shipping. End of September no communication so I called. O it'll be here at the end of October. No cancel my order I said. Two months to receive my order. I could have ordered it directly from the manufacturer and got it the same week. Not months. So I guess instead they tried to sent it out next day and never informed me. So nobody was home to receive my package. Lazy Ups driver shouldn't have even left the 1,500 dollar package on my front porch anyway. So apparently someone stole my package and vivid racing says there is nothing they can do. UPS says vivid has to get with them about a claim but nothing. Vivid racing got there money and doesn't care about taking care of the issue. Will be filling in small claims court against Vivid Racing and ups. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. read more

I ordered some axle shafts for a Can-Am side by side from vivid. I got an email with a coupon code so I went and ordered the shafts. After about a week I called because I had not got a tracking number and during that phone call they had told me the price had gone up on the shafts and I needed to pay more in order to get them believing them I did so. And then went on the manufacturer's website and found that the MSRP is still the same so I called the manufacturer and they told me that there is no issues with product & things can ship quickly no pricing.. has changed. I called vivid back and told them as they would not do anything for me they scammed me into paying hundreds of dollars more for a product that I can buy direct from the manufacturer. Knowing these large companies dealer discounts that they get thet profited Megabucks off of me taking advantage of a nice guy. I disapprove of this company also getting a hold of anybody there is terrible and they bounce you around with different people until you basically just want to hang up after you listen to their annoying on hold recordings. I wouldn't buy a pair of shoelaces from these people. Poor business ethics. Buyers beware. Look at the other reviews sounds like a very similar issue throughout other reviews. I ordered a cam through this company they told me they didn't have the item in stock. I requested to cancel the order and they told me they cancelled it. I never received a cancel email after 24 hours so I call back and they tell me that the order had shipped. How can an order ship if I was told it wasn't even in stock? I had ordered a cam from comp cams the same day they told me they cancelled my order. I was told to reject the package by a vivid employee because I didn't need the cam from them anymore. So I reject the package it makes it back to the manufacturer on Monday 09/28. Here it is 10/05 a week later still no refund. A $567 refund still not one dollar sent back. I wait to leave reviews but after three weeks of trying to get my money back Vivid deserves a zero rating. Oh and the employees are rude as well. Worst experience with this company. read more

Google 'vividracing.com reviews' and you'll get an idea of why you're making a mistake ordering from this company. There are many other companies selling all the same stuff with better customer service and return policies. I am now stuck with a product I don't wish to put back on my car and had I bought it from some of their competitors, would've easily been able to return it. Sort by 'Lowest' and you'll see how they treat those who've had misc. issues come up as well as how quick they are to point out any fault in a negative review. read more

I placed an order of wheels on 4/4/21 for something that was supposedly "in stock". After a month they didn't have the wheels available so I cancelled it. This is after weeks of calling and emailing to find out the status mind you. I gave them another chance a month later and I placed another order for the same wheels on 5/16/21 because it said it was "in stock". The following day I called them to follow up on my recent purchase and the girl was rude and not helpful. I asked to speak to a salesperson because she said that my online order was still pending and if I purchased it with a salesperson I would get a more up to date status. As I asked to speak to a salesperson she purposely hung up on me. Ironically the following day I get an email that the wheels that I just ordered that was supposedly "in stock" is not in stock and they don't have a ETA. They suck you in they website to purchase that they are in stock and then email you back that they aren't. This is twice it has happened to me and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I gave them a second chance but clearly I shouldn't have. I will take my money and spend it where you are treated with utmost respect and that your business is valued. Don't buy from them!! Horrible service!!!!!! Tiffany was nice enough to respond to my post and suggested I call them back. Well I did on 5/20 and guess what I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes which is their usual hold time and they hung up again. I don't know why I keep trying. Tiffany why don't you call me back instead? You guys have my number. read more

An awful ordering experience. Got an order confirmation with no order number, then after 3-4 months finally got notified my parts had arrived and would ship shortly. Then no follow up. When I reached out, they were incredibly rude, almost as if it was a hassle that I called. I explained they never provided me an order number but I had a confirmation email. Eventually they found my order but said they had no record of it arriving...even though they emailed me saying it had. They would contact their shipping department and call me back. They never did. I called back spoke with same rep 4 days later who denied ever speaking to me and again said they had never contacted me. This morning I get a tracking number for my order....show it was delivered to New Jersey from Arizona, I live in California!!! Now they wont answer. Absolutely the worst ordering experience I've ever had...will never ever purchase from them again. read more

Only reviewing this based on my first and last experience with Vivid. Ordered a pulley that they had listed on their website, after paying for it and waiting for a tracking number. I ordered a Highlifter windshield for my 2019 Can-Am Maverick x3 xrc off of Vivid's website. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was straight forward. At one point I contacted Vivid's customer service inquiring about the status of my order. I was connected with Tanner Carver who greeted me professionally and courteously. Tanner followed up on my inquiry about the whereabouts of my order and got back to me very quickly. I give Tanner 5 stars and Vivid 5 stars. The reason for the initial 4 stars is due to the way I received my order. It showed up at my doorstep with one end of it sticking out and the box it was in crushed and torn. I give packing and shipping 1 star. I was concerned the windshield would be damaged due to the condition of the box. Surprisingly the windshield had no packing in the box. I contacted Tanner once again and brought the condition to her attention. The windshield is shipped with a protective film which was also loose and appeared scratched. I explained to Tanner that to truly inspect the condition of the possibly damaged windshield I would need to remove the protective film. My concern was if I removed the film and found damage due to the shipping I would not be able to return it. Tanner contacted the manufacturer to apprise them of the situation and got back to me quickly. I really appreciate the way Tanner handled the entire process. If I had a business I would employ her. Sincerely, Raymond McDonald read more

Poor customer service, maybe it would deserve a star if I actually recieved my order or actually got proper information from the reps. Now I understand there is backordered parts everywhere I work for a dealership that parts only come from overseas. I ordered over 4 months back knowing it wouldnt come until summer probably. (Its july 18th as I'm writing this) June came around wanted to check status and after having a status email ignored in June, I tried to email the begining of July stating i needed an update and I needed to update my shipping address as I suddenly had to move and if I didnt hear back I would have to cancel my order. I sent 2 emails like this when I finally got a response and they told me they were canceling it, when I said I would only cancel if I was ignored again. Then they put my order "on hold to be cancelled". Then I got different answers about when it will come, then finally was confirmed for August ( I was told it would be delivered around may back when I first ordered). Then they actually cancelled my order because I had to update my shipping address which was never mentioned to me in the emails back and forth trying to figure out when to expect my part. But cancelling an order means I get put to the back of the line i assume, then they expect me to rebuy it with them once they already confirmed my new shipping address with me on my order, then cancel it? Dont bother ordering unless you wanna be thrown around. I shouldve listened to some reviews and people who I knew who said they were trouble to order from (I was told this before covid) and still decided to give them a chance to earn my buisness, but I guess not, i guess i will order all my carbon fiber extras else next winter. read more

Don't waste your money or more importantly your time on Vivid Racing. I ordered a simple shift knob that showed as "in stock". They never had the shift knob in stock, and instead sent me a confirmation email telling me it would be drop shipped by that manufacturer whenever they got around to it. After 2 weeks of waiting, calling, emailing, and attempting to use the "Live Chat" feature of the website where a robot called Chad will do nothing but enrage you, I finally bit the bullet and waited on hold for over 30 minutes only to be told that they would "try" to cancel my order but that it was in the manufacturer's hands and that they could still ship it, I would not be refunded and that I would be stuck with the part. This whole operation is a scam and I wouldn't be surprised if they do not have any inventory whatsoever and exist solely by making transactions for the manufacturers. If you don't believe me, call their number and listen to the "Hold" recording. It is their supposed owner begging customers to stick around and touting how busy they are (every good company must be exceedingly busy at all times, right?). What a joke. I've had better customer experiences at Rock Auto and they literally do not have a customer service department..but hey, at least they have a REAL inventory. read more

So future customers of this company. I would like to discuss a few situations I have ran into regarding this sketchy business. Before I go much further I would firstly like to mention every business has an upset customer. I happen to have been very understanding and polite and also patient during these circumstances. I purchased a set *Custom* made wheels. They were custom designed to fit my needs from the offset to the face of the wheel so they are unique. Ahmed was very helpful during the process of this. So we placed the order in July of last 2014 ( Yes, quite some time ago) I was promised that it would take 6 weeks to get my wheels. It ended up being close to 10 weeks for the wheels to arrive. Once arrived, I received 2 damaged ones. Has a gouge taken out of the lip of the wheel. I contacted Ahmed and he took my claim. Told me to talk to Kirstin, so me and her started E-mailing back and forth. She was very helpful and told me to send both wheels back that had came damaged. She said that it would be fully covered and they would pick up the shipping. I told her I would be able to do that after my car show. So when I went to call Vivid about sending the wheels back she had been terminated. Now this starts a whole new situation. I was promised by Vivid ( Doesn't matter what employee) whether or not the employee is still employed or not, because when they were employed they made a promise to a customer (In E-mail that I have provided proof for.) I started a new case with Simone, who was very respectful and nice the first time I talked with her. I got all the information to her right away. She said it would be resolved that day. This is back now in December! We are now in the end of Feb. So this has been since November this has been going on for. I have been very patient with this matter, I was promised my wheels that I paid $5,000 for CUSTOM. Well the only custom I see now is scratched and gouged lips. I was also promised that If I didn't want to send the wheels that Vivid would refund me $1,000-$1,500 for the wheels. Well, I am still awaiting that as well. Because they haven't fixed the wheels yet. I have been calling Simone every day now and keep getting her voicemail. I have left several Voicemails and E-mails only to get no response. I am tired of being ignored and tired of unsatisfactory customer service. I could understand if I was a customer trying to pull one over on Vivid, but I have plenty of proof of promises that have not been fulfilled. I will not leave their hair until I get my refund or until my wheels are fixed. I highly recommend going to another wheel distributor for any purchases, because imagine if you are me in this predicament. This has been almost 5 months and this situation still hasn't been resolved. I will be furthering this with the BBB and also Visa. Thank you Vivid for loosing a customer a well valued customer. I usually bought my wheels from CCW which I will continue doing so again. Thanks again, and you have lost yourself a very a good customer. I will be writing several other reviews online. This is just the beginning. read more

I purchased rims for my son, they also offered $20 off the purchase. After inserting my billing, shipping, and credit card information, the system shows you your total before you submit payment. Well, after I submitted my payment, when I received my confirmation number, the amount charged to my card was higher than what the cost was supposed to be and what my total was before making the payment. I emailed the company requesting they refund the money they took and their response was they will check to see when the item will ship and get back to me. I'm pretty sure my email didn't raise this question since I sent the email immediately after purchasing. Now it has been 12 days and I have not received an email informing me the rims have been sent, even though their website says items usually ship within 24 - 48 hours. Even though the word "usually" is in there, I'm pretty certain they didn't mean it would be over a week or possibly two weeks before sending them out. I do not recommend them. Spend the extra money somewhere else. They do not care about customer service. read more

Buyer BEWARE!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! I am not here to tell you where to shop and buy your performance items, however, I am here to let you know about my personal experience by shopping with this so-called business. I purchased (or at least thought I did) a couple of Sabelt GT090 bucket seats on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 9:05. I ran across a site www.horsepowerfreaks.com owned by Vivid Racing LLC. through Google and decided to purchase seats from them because: 1. They offered free shipping to my address. 2. No taxes 3. They beat all other prices by 3% Awesome deal right???? NOPE!!! On Wednesday July 13 I inquire about my order and was told that my credit card was on an "Authorization Hold" due to my shipping address. It differed from my billing address. I was then transferred to their Internet Sales Manager Adam. He says since I have called in he would contact their bank merchant and handle it for me and told me not to worry, it would get handled. He then continues to say that if there is a problem he would call me. If I don't receive a phone call then all is good and my order has shipped and I will receive an email with tracking information and I should receive the seats in 2 business days. I received NO TELEPHONE CALL AND NO EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. I did however receive a handful of AUTOMATED emails stating: "Jeff, This message concerns your ticket #302018. We have not received any response back from you in 48 hours, and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved. If you have any further questions, simply respond to this e-mail or give us a call." I was told to ignore them. On Monday, July 18, 2016 I email Adam asking for tracking information. On the following day Tuesday July 19, 2016 I receive a reply stating that my order could NOT be shipped due the shipping address and says that my order has been cancelled and I should see a refund on my credit card! Today, July 25, 2016 the charges were finally reversed back onto my credit card. They held funds for 2 weeks! Unacceptable!!! WHY WAS I NOT CALLED LIKE PROMISED??? WHY DID YOU NOT CONTACT ME AT ALL??? What kind of customer service is this??? I place an order on July 11th expecting arrival on July 13th. There is NO COMMUNICATION at all from this company. I also asked that he show all of this to UPPER management and he said NO. Now, my car is stuck at the shop with no seats. So, I cannot legally remove it (I guess I could trailer it, and spend more money doing so). I am ordering the seats elsewhere for more money and a longer wait. I have missed 2 shows and am out on storage fees to the shop because the car is literally waiting for this 1 piece. So to save $23.00 dollars I am now spending more money and loss of time. If you are into wasting time and money then by all means deal with Vivid Racing LLC. I hope Upper Management reads this other than Adam. read more

Received my Duraflex Duck Bill spoiler for my Jetta. The item itself had some imperfections, not sure if they're all produced this way and it's up to the shop to correct it by sanding before painting, but that's basically what will be happening. Very disappointed in this company for false promises and lack of communication. I bought an Enlaes trunk spoiler for my Audi s4 at the beginning of April 2016 through their website. I understood it took about 4-6 weeks for production. After 8 weeks or so I called for an update on my product. They said that their distributor were having problems with their moldings and that they will ship out soon as they were already finishing up on new sets. Another month has passed which is already July 2016, I call for an update on my paid product. They told me the same thing, which They are still working on new sets and that it should be shipping out soon. Each time I called, they told me that they will call the distributor and call me back as soon as they have answers. They did not call back. Its already Aug 2016 and i have been patient the whole time, and I finally gave up and called for a refund, they immediately called the distributor and said that the owner at Enlaes has offered to upgrade the spoiler to a carbon fiber one since I ordered the FRP trunk spoiler which is not carbon. I said okay since they promised that it would ship within the next week. They also made a tracking label and emailed me the info. Its September 2016. the tracking label has expired due to no activity. They never shipped anything out. I called every week for status and the same false promising response was told to me. They made another shipping label and sent me the info. Out of all the calls I made, they told me they will give me a call back the next day for a response or answer, THEY DID NOT CALL ONCE. Its today, October 14 2016 shipping label already expired last week. I made the call to see the status. Same answer. they claim they can't get a hold of Enlaes. I have been very frusterated and claimed for a refund. I was promised a upgrade for the wait, nothing was compensated and was not apologized for the inconvenience. I am currently waiting for my refund. I WILL NOT shop here again. read more
