I had the "slushy" gel pedicure and a gel manicure. The slushy pedicure feels kind of like a jelly slushy in the tub. It felt cool and is supposed to soften calluses. Loved it! For the gel manicure, I did a color French tip and it came out exactly how I hoped it would. I saw other women getting really intricate designs - they really know that they are doing! They also have a lot of gel color options, which is always nice. My total for a gel polish slushy pedicure and gel manicure with French tip was $100. I went all out with a couple of upgrades here, which is the reason for the higher cost. A regular pedicure (not slushy, not gel) is $35.

Normally Anh says hello when I enter the building, this time I initiated greetings to him upon walking into the salon. In addition, reception called me before my appointment to tell me Tony was sick. They gave me the choice between a new technician or Tony's wife. I chose Tony's wife, But, when I arrived, they put me with the new person. When I checked out and asked reception why the switch happened, the woman told me that 'some changes were made' without giving me any real explanation. Hoping to resolve this privately, I reached out to Anh directly via text to share my feedback. It has been a week and he has not responded to my text. It is disappointing to see a business treat a loyal customer with such disregard.

Jason took care of me yesterday and he was amazing! He massaged my legs for what felt like 15 minutes during my pedicure! It was so relaxing. THEN.......when he walked me over to the drying station he brought over a hot towel, put it in a plastic bag placed it on my upper back and massaged me with it. THEN....put lotion on my shoulders (he asked first) then massaged my upper back and arms. This was better than any massage I have ever had. They have a huge nail polish selection! They also have a loyalty card. Be sure to bring cash for a tip because you cannot add it on your card. If you forget they have an ATM in the place with only a 49 cent fee. If Christine is unavailable, she will reach out and if you want to another tech to service you, she offers that. I have had treatment from "Tweety" and Victoria and my nails ALWAYS come out AMAZING!! I bring my "bonus daughters" with me and they love it too! Christine treats her customers like family and is very professional with everyone. Their regular pedicure involves a paraffin dip, leg massage, and typical nail maintenance and polish change. The spa pedicure changes per season on the type of lotions they use. There is a lot more leg massage, leg wrapped with lotion and saran wrap and an upper body & face massage. They have a point card, you get more points when you use cash. The salon is clean and easy to get to with plenty of parking. If you haven't checked it out I would definitely give them a call!
