Keller's spacious, well organized and bright showroom in an industrial area on Bend's eastside is a great place to shop for those products in many price points, as example from Moen to Grohe to Jado in faucets, and specializing in Kohler for bath fixtures but with others, like Toto, in the mix too. They really do have everything including the proverbial kitchen sink in plumbing fixtures of all kinds. When we were selecting plumbing fixtures for our home a few years back, we spent time in Keller's showroom. When I popped in yesterday for the first time in several years I also remembered how helpful and knowledgeable are the friendly folks who work there. It is a pleasure to find people who actually know the feature - functions of the product lines they are selling. He was away yesterday so I worked with one of the outside guys, Ray, who was equally as helpful. I'm currently looking for hardware for custom furniture and finding samples of hardware in our little city, outside of Home Depot kind of brands, is tough to do. Keller has a small selection of cabinet hardware sample boards of middle range to upper middle range in price point and of high quality. Very helpful to see those samples for things my hubby and I had been looking at on line. And as is always the case at Keller, it is delightful to work with sales staff who can do more than just point you to product displays in the store, but who really can answer questions. Hooray! BUY LOCAL SPEECH: Perhaps in inverse to many buyers, my hubby and I prefer to browse globally but buy locally. We orient ourselves through online images and information, then go try to find a local company that sells what we're looking for. Given Keller is willing to make the investment to have samples on premises for customers to see (it is an investment for retailers to maintain physical sample displays), the comfort of using the showroom and the quality of service we received we'll buy our hardware from Keller. And, yes, we'll pay a couple of bucks more for it all over what it would cost through a non bricks and mortar vendor on line. But my hubby and I think if you believe in buying local, as we do, you also have to put your money where your mouth is. In return, we expect the great service like we received at Keller and fair pricing. But bricks and mortar stores have overhead costs the on-line retailers do not. If you want them to stick around, local stores, you've got to use them or you will lose them. Just sayin'. THIS N THAT: 1.OPEN EARLY: Open at 8a.m.! Great for we early birds and if you go in that early, as I did yesterday, the store is pretty empty of home shoppers with only the occasional building professional coming in to pick up an order. 2. APPOINTMENTS: Perhaps the only drawback of Keller is that they do have a limited staff on premises. If you're looking for fixtures to do an entire house, as was a woman who came in yesterday, they take appointments for providing dedicated attention and it is best to make an appointment. 3.PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY: Ample parking in an associated paved lot, including accessible (aka ADA) parking. Accessible throughout with lots of space between product displays. Big applause for the fact that the seating at the well lit customer counter for laying out plans and looking through product binders is at universal seating table height and not bar height

Charge you for stuff that was never delivered. In my case a very expensive toilet. Then, they had the nerve to charge a restocking fee of 15% on returned merchandise after you cancel the order because they set construction back 8 weeks. Then they threaten to lien your property if you don't pay their ridiculous fees for restocking. Billing and customer service department very rude! Would strongly suggest looking at amazon or wayfair first. Found same parts much cheaper online. Would not recommend them at all, neither as a contractor or a homeowner.

I used to buy 50 plus throughout the year for myself & gifts but no more. i thought maybe it was just me but everyone that smells them now agrees with me. They are completely missing any scents & I had 10-15 different scents that were my favorite. My family & friends loved them to but no more. At $25 a pop thats not cheap. That is $1250 a year you wont be getting from me anymore. Get it together & go back to how you used to make them. SUPER DISAPPOINTING. Going back to Anthropology for my candles. They keep their standards high!!!

    i've been a fan of these candles since the beginning of covid lockdown when we've all been spending…read morea lot more time inside. i bought two online and realized how lovely they burned and how nicely their individual scents permeated the room but didn't overpower it. since my initial order i've placed two more orders, the most recent in mid november when they offered a generous online discount. when my candles arrived there'd been a mistake in which i got two of the same scent instead of just one. i emailed to let the company know it had been shipped incorrectly and got an immediate response not to mention the correctly scented candle in the mail a couple of days later. any company that cares enough to make things right, that communicates with their customers and uses quality ingredients has my business and allegiance. the only problem is i can't decide which scent is my favorite so i keep buying multiple candles at a time so i'm assured i'll make it through the dark days of this upcoming quarantine winter with guaranteed broken top aromatherapy to brighten the mood. so glad i discovered them and so hopeful they find continued success during these difficult times for small businesses.

They didn't have a single option at or near that price point.. When we asked about the advertised pricing, Paula the owner, who I can only describe as condescending and rude, talked over us, made passive aggressive comments, and made us feel ashamed for not being able to afford their overpriced furniture. We didn't argue, we just left, shocked at how unprofessional and insulting the experience was. I'm writing this to warn others who might fall for their deceiving marketing tactics. I'm sure the owner will respond to this review in an attempt to discredit me, just like I've seen her do with other negative reviews. But the truth stands... the customer service is awful, the pricing is deceptive, and this place is not worth your time or energy.

No pressure points, (NEVER a bed sore for my elderly!) felt like you were floating in space, they were so comfortable. So, not only I'm out $1,100.00 for these, but now have to go out and locate a more appropriate and comfortable mattress. FIRST MISTAKE: I knew, based on experience of 11 years of ownership, what I wanted. But the salesperson insisted that the new "Copper" foam mattresses were new technology and would be the solution. SECOND MISTAKE: Listening to what they wanted to sell to me, rather than purchasing what I wanted to purchase (for more money, I may add). THIRD MISTAKE: Trusting them to speak the truth. Gave me the beautiful song and dance how great the products are and I would be "Taken Care of" as a customer, if there are any issues. When I contacted them with the issue(s) I was having with the product, I was abruptly informed that there is "NO WARRANTY - ALL SALES FINAL". Then, I was subsequently "Ghosted" by the company. All my calls/texts blocked. Was finally able to get through, using another phone. The woman spent almost a 1/2 hour, going totally "Karen", screeching, screaming, swearing at me and then offering sex. YES, YOU HEARD RIGHT. WTF!!!!! STEER CLEAR - You may pay a little more at a reputable store, but at least you will be dealing with professionals, not bottom-feeders like these.
