I was skeptical when a door-to-door salesman rang my doorbell asking if I was interested in having my house painted by a company called Vivax Pros. I rarely give salesmen the opportunity to even begin their pitch. But there was something different about this respectful young man. His interaction with me was professional and genuine. Coincidentally I was planning to solicit bids for the painting soon, anyway. So, I accepted his offer to set up an appointment with Project Planner Ian Ramseth to provide a cost estimate for the project. I was prepared for a smooth-talking sales pitch, but Ian was just the opposite. Have you ever had the experience of meeting someone for there first time when you felt like you had known them forever? That was Ian: personable, sincere, straightforward - no high-pressure sales pitch. The experience with Ian filled me with a sense of confidence that Vivax Pros would do the job right. Next, I got a call from Rachel at the front office to discuss the task of selecting colors. What a breath of fresh air was she! So pleasant, friendly, and full of information. Could everyone at Vivax Pros be of this caliber? The experience keeps coming. The next phase of the project was for the project manager to pay me a visit to discuss the details of the actual prep and painting. My experience with Isaiah Cavada was no different from the ones with Ian and Rachel. He walked me around the home to ensure he was aware of all my expectations including problem areas, damaged wood in need of repair, etc. One thing I caught onto about Isaiah was his sense of caring about me as a customer and his drive to make sure my needs were met. At the conclusion of the job, Isaiah performed another walk-around with me to ensure the project was completed satisfactorily. Although I didn't know the names of the actual painters performing the work, I was so very impressed with their work ethic, efficiency, skill, their HEAT TOLERANCE, and the care they took to make this 1958 vintage home look great again. I love writing great reviews when they are deserving, and the great folks at Vivax Pros definitely deserve this one! read more

Vivax Pros knocked on my door almost a year ago saying that they'd give me a quote to paint my house and that it would be good for a year. I saw a lot of value in that pitch, yet I wasn't ready to have that discussion so I told them I might be willing to think about it in 2025. They were respectful, yet followed up several times. About a month ago, I gave them a call and they promptly came out to give me the quote. Heather explained their business model and project process and talked about how much she liked her job...that each employee had their role and that Vivax is focused on their core competency of painting houses well and to their customers' complete satisfaction. My experience with Heather, project manager, Isaiah, and every other employee I came in contact with was amazing! Also, their paint crews are employees; they are not subcontracted. At each step of the way, I was kept well-informed. I ended up having them stain my fence, as well. I was very impressed by the level of effort they put into prepping to ensure the painting was done to the highest quality possible. I rarely write internet reviews, yet wanted to make sure that anyone going through the effort to make the most informed decision and to ensure the best value possible for their hard-earned money had an opportunity to hear from a satisfied customer. Thanks again, Vivax Pros, for such a great customer experience! read more

We had our house's exterior painted a few weeks ago and we are absolutely thrilled with the excellent job delivered by the entire team at Vivax Pros. We solicited a few bids for our project and the Vivax quote was easily the best value offered. Faith made the decision making process near effortless (and was super helpful in assisting us in selecting a new, brighter color for our home's exterior!). The initial estimates and a few requested revisions were delivered promptly and accurately with clear attention to the detail of our conversations. Once we decided to proceed, Elli made sure the scheduling was quick and easy and the process thoroughly explained. The initial walkthrough was (again) thorough and the project manager, Isaiah, made detailed notes for all points of concern. His team performed all of the carpentry repairs with skill, the prep work was completed quickly and with GREAT attention to detail, and the painting itself was expert. Even more impressive, after the team was done Isaiah asked to walk with me around our house to ensure every single little thing that we weren't 100% happy with was called out so they could make it as right as possible, right then. This service, overall, was an outstanding example of a team all working towards customer satisfaction as their ultimate objective and they nailed it! I heartily recommend Vivax Pros for your painting project! read more

I'm not even certain where to begin. To say this business was great is honestly making it sound too simple. From the sales rep, Andrew to my Project Manager, Isaiah, the entire process and attention to detail was just phenomenal. And the outcome? Even better. Our house looks amazing and in my 8 years here, outside of a new pool this was the best investment so far. The caulking, clean painting and attention to things we cared about including our plants was second to none. The communication was completely on point. We're so used to poor service that seeing it be this good was just an incredible breath of fresh air. If you are considering getting the house touched up, painted or refurbished, you absolutely have to call these guy. I will recommend them to EVERY homeowner I know. The workers worked hard and diligently. The Project Manager was here constantly, asking questions, keeping his team working, and making sure the attention to detail was near flawless. It's nice to hear good news for a change, so let this review speak volumes of this experience. Check out my reviews on Google and Yelp to see images. Can't wait to post them. Only wish I had taken before pictures to show the vast difference in how beautiful everything looks. They even came back an extra day to scrub some shingles that caught some overspray due to wind. Now, that's service. 10 out of 5 stars!!! read more

We had a great experience working with Vivax for our home exterior repairs. Our first interaction began with a door-to-door representative who explained the services offered--perfect timing, as we were planning to fix damaged fascia, trim, and gutters that spring. During the initial appointment, two company reps thoroughly assessed our home's exterior, discussing what could be done and the material options available. They shared all the project details digitally and followed up with a clear PDF summary. After finalizing details and questions, we signed the agreement online. The project was well-organized and handled in stages by different crews, with Isaiah Cavada serving as our main point of contact. He guided us through each phase, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction before collecting payment. The process began with a full pressure wash to prep for painting. Materials were promptly delivered by Sherwin Williams, and the crew quickly got to work--removing gutters, replacing damaged wood, and expertly masking and painting all surfaces. A separate team installed the new gutters the following day. We were highly satisfied with the results. The site was left clean, and Isaiah personally addressed all minor touch-ups and non-paint-related issues. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. read more

We had an excellent experience with Vivax from start to finish and couldn't be happier with the results! The entire team was timely, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and the quality of the paint and workmanship really exceeded our expectations. Daniel, our Sales Project Planner, was wonderful. He took the time to explain each step of their process, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great quote. We never felt pressured, and we knew exactly what to expect before the project began. Isaiah was our Project Manager and did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly. He stayed on top of the project from beginning to end and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work before we ever paid the final bill. That level of customer service really stood out to us. Santiago and the painting crew were also exceptional. They were extremely detail-oriented, careful, and clean. You could tell they took pride in their work, and the finished product shows it. We were very impressed with the entire Vivax team and absolutely love how everything turned out. Professional, reliable, great communication, and beautiful results. We would definitely recommend Vivax to anyone looking for a quality painting company! read more

Vivax Pros is relatively new to this market and when approached about services I needed - painting, new guttering and roof line wood repairs for my home I - researched Denver, where they started and Austin markets where they have provided services for several years. After seeing good ratings and customer comments there, having their services explained in detail and receiving a competitive cost estimate, I committed to their services. I was not disappointed. Their crews were all business with care taken for the quality of their work. They were respectful of the house and property when maneuvering equipment around to the best positions for their work. They did comprehensive masking of areas when they were painting, to the point where they covered my car that was 25+ feet away from the house to protect it from airborne overspray. They consulted with me on my knowledge of how the property drained to ensure they placed gutter downspouts in the most efficient locations to facilitate good runoff management. This was all accomplished in a short amount of time by the Project Manager, Monty, for the quoted cost. During work, they saw to it that their presence did not interfere with my scheduled activities. I am pleased with the outcome and would use their services again, if needed. read more

We received excellent customer service from everyone that we interacted with at VIVAX PROS. We first met the Project Planner, Heather who was polite and not aggressive at all. My husband was impressed with her knowledge. She answered all his questions, which is a feat. She confidently addressed all our concerns and issue areas and assured us that they would guarantee the work. Our brick house had never been painted and had a few area of rotten wood. Next, we coordinated our selections and project start date with Ellie. She was patient and easy to work with as selecting paint colors can be tricky. She kept us updated so that we knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. Lastly, Connor was the Project Manager onsite who coordinated his team. He took pictures and was extremely informative about issues they found during the project. He kept us updated every step of the way. He and his crew were fast and efficient and always on time. Jose the foreman took care of all of the details. Our house is beautiful, and it looks amazing. My husband never gives complements, and he even expressed what a great job they did. The whole team worked in sync. It was a seamless transition from beginning to end. We give VIVAX PROS our highest recommendation. Julie and Joe read more

We recently decided to refresh our home's exterior paint and woodwork. We chose Vivax Pros after researching local contractors and looking at homes in our neighborhood that had previously contracted with Vivax Pros. Overall, we were very pleased with the results. The Vivax Team was very professional, communicated effectively, and our home looks great! Our estimators, Linda and Faith, did a very good job of identifying problem areas on the exterior that needed attention and explaining the process from start to finish. Even helped with paint color selection options. Our Project Manager, Connor, was actively engaged in overseeing our project, interfaced with paint, gutter, and woodworking crews, and provided a daily update of accomplishments, photographs of progress, and expectations for the next workday. The painting crew was very professional and thorough. Care was taken to protect the ground from any spills. Ladders were placed to avoid damaging landscape. We were asked to temporarily turn off HVAC so they could be covered and not damaged during the work nearby, which was appreciated. Any materials removed from the exterior were hauled away at the end of each business day. There was Pride in their workmanship. We would highly recommend Vivax Pros to others. read more

The whole experience with Vivax wently smoothly. There was no pressure from Pete as part of the initial project quote. He appeared to be transparent about what to expect and the cost breakdowns. It didn't feel like a sales pitch. There was plenty of communication from Vivax leading up to the work being done, ensuring the right colors were selected, and knowing when the work would start. Evan was the project manager and kept us constantly in the loop of when his crew would arrive, pictures of the progress (as we were having repairs made in addition to painting), and showing us the results of the stain tests prior to work continuing. Evan was hands on throughout the multiple day project, checking on the quality of the work. He wasn't absent as project managers can sometimes be. It was very hot, but Sergio and Serviano still ensured the quality of the prep work with proper surface cleaning, caulking, priming, and replacement of rotten material when needed. It resulted in the project taking longer than expected, but that was a testament to doing the job right and not rushing it. Surfaces were properly protected from overspray and staining, and they did well to clean up the job site when they were finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use Vivax again for future projects. read more

WOW! Vivax Pros definitely is an amazing company with whom to work! From the initial visit with Ian who gave us the quote to the final visit with Josh, our project manager who did the final walk through of approval BEFORE any payment for the job! And in addition to these two young men, who by the way were so respectful, polite, kind and accommodating, we had Ellie who scheduled the joy and rescued me at Sherwin Williams when they weren't sure about a coupon Vivax provides for sample pain and then Eddie, Denis and Edward who did the actual preparation and painting of the house on of course the HOTTEST days of the year so far in Texas. Never did they complain nor were we treated with anything but kindness and respect. Such a delightful company to work with and the finish product really exceeded our expectations! The handiwork done to repair several areas of the woodwork is superb. I cannot recommend the company highly enough if you are looking for the exterior of your home to undergo a very rich looking transformation! Thank you Josh, Ian, Ellie, Eddie, Denis and Edward!! You have blessed us with your talents and hard work! Viva Pros - you hit the jackpot with the customer service representatives mentioned above!! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!! read more

Vivax Pros did an outstanding job painting our house, and I highly recommend them. The entire experience was professional, organized, and very consultative from start to finish. From the first outreach through the final walkthrough, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Everyone showed up exactly when they said they would, which we really appreciated. Juan did a great job pressure washing and getting everything ready for prep. Josh, our Project Manager, was excellent to work with--very communicative, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Cruz and his crew were incredibly skilled and took a lot of pride in their work. The carpentry work was top-notch, and the prep work was especially impressive. They thoroughly caulked every crack, seam, crevice, and nail head, covered the windows with plastic, papered around the house, and used drop cloths to protect everything. They were extremely careful to make sure paint only went where it was supposed to go. We are very happy with the final result and with how smooth the entire process was from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Vivax Pros to anyone looking to have their house painted. read more

Vivax Pros did an amazing job on my home. They replaced all the rotten wood on the exterior of my 1935 home, they painted every visible surface, and they also stained my fence! What I liked about this team is that they showed up and left on time every day, they worked non-stop, they went above and beyond to scrape off old paint - prime the house - seal every crack and hole - tape up and protect each section they painted - and paint everything with care and precision. I especially want to thank Jose and his crew for being friendly, for working so hard, and for taking extra steps to make sure everything was fixed and taken care of. Evan, who project managed everything, was also available at all times for any questions I may have had. And he was patient because I always had questions given this was my first time doing a project like this. Neil, who was the first person to reach out about doing this work, was also incredibly knowledgeable and made the choice of going with Vivax Pros a no brainer. Thank you everyone! Just had VIVAX PROS (vivaxpros.com) come and lead the outside painting of my house done. The work was led by Memo as the supervisor and Connor was my onsite project manager. They came in and replaced rotting boards on the outside walls (over 30 years old), chalked all the seams between the new and old boards and windows and doors, as well as replaced the old trim around the windows and doors and then painted that. Also, a shout out to Dylan Buckner who did the estimate and helped us pick out some new colors (after 20 years they needed to be changed). He arranged for test quarts of the colors they recommended based on talking to my fiancé and me and we made the final options and laid everything out with the crew. The guys were here on time each morning even with a delay caused by the Texas summertime showers but were able to knock out everything in 2 days as they promised. Adding a few photos of the house so you can look at what they did and how the colors came out. I would gladly recommend them as the go to guys to get your outside painted giving it a new face lift. read more

I recently engaged Vivax to paint the exterior of my home. The entire process was efficient and well-coordinated, beginning with an initial meeting with the sales team, who conducted measurements and presented multiple options. Although Vivax's pricing was higher than other bids I received, I found that investing in superior quality workmanship was worthwhile. Vivax provided several references, all of whom offered positive feedback when contacted. For selecting the paint color, Heather recommended utilizing artificial intelligence, which enabled me to identify an ideal match--this approach proved highly effective. Upon accepting the bid, I arranged scheduling with the project manager, Isaiah. Working with Isaiah was a positive experience; he consistently demonstrated punctuality, clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. His exceptional follow-up contributed significantly to streamlining the process. I extend my appreciation to Isaiah and the Vivax team for ensuring a seamless project outcome. read more

We recently had our house repainted, and siding redone. The crew was outstanding. Ellie got things rolling for us and Julio and his team were incredible. I recently had turf added and windows replaced in my home. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was worked around and nothing affected our new remodel. Julio's team were flawless in touch up's and made sure we didn't have any issues. After remodeling our entire home I didn't expect the painters to be the most careful with the job but turned out to be the best part of our remodel. What we paid for was way less than the service we received. 10/10 for this company. We wouldn't have had such a successful job done if it weren't for Our Project Manager Josh Jackson. He was amazing and went out of his way to fix anything as well and ensure we were 300% taken care of and happy with the job. This company deserves the 5 stars they have and would highly recommend to anyone looking to do anything with their home. Amazing job and amazing people. read more

I had a great experience with Vivax Pros, starting with the salesperson, Ian, who was super personable and helped me pick the best option for refreshing the outside grey trim on my house. Moving to the actual work days - the team was so incredibly efficient. I have a pretty big 2 story house but overall the work really only took 1 day total - a half day of prep and a half day of painting. The lead on the team, Isaiah, was amazing and also super personable and a pleasure to chat with. Though his job was to oversee the project, he did his own touch up work after we did the final walk through and found a few little places to improve. And to make things even better, in the process of him painting my dryer vent (something not specifically asked of his crew, so he did it himself), he noticed it was pretty clogged, so he helped me clean it out. Above and beyond service! And now my house looks quite shiny and new. I definitely want to thank Vivax for their quality, efficiency and value! read more

Vivax Pros kept me informed throughout the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure I always knew what to expect. A special shoutout to Monty Smith, my project manager. Monty did an amazing job coordinating everything. He was responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure the project turned out perfectly.
