As this was the first time we were meeting Dr Dan, I didn't know what to expect but reassured myself that if I didn't feel comfortable, I would not have her adjusted on the day of the appointment. Any worries were so unnecessary as he was exactly what we needed at the time. Having a practitioner that is so in tune, so caring and genuine was a contrast to what I had experienced throughout the pregnancy. I felt so comfortable with Dr Dan as did my daughter. The expression on her face once he was done adjusting her said it all, totally relaxed, cooing and smiling. Now myself, my older son and husband are all under Dr Dan's care. The biggest revelation from seeing Dr Dan- feeling pretty bleh had become my baseline, I had no idea what feeling really good was like. You meet with the doctor every week for an adjustment, the nutritionist once a week, workout with a trainer twice a week, and see their massage therapist once a month. After insurance it was a manageable price. I didn't commit myself to eating healthy so I didn't loose a lot of weight (just 14) but I consider my progress a huge success. Just last week I helped my husband move a large couch down a flight of stairs, spent three hours raking underbrush from our bushes, carried three cubic yards of soil from my driveway where it was delivered into my raised beds, then went on vacation were I was sitting in a car for 13 hours in one day. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.

I'm a retired Navy SEAL, seeking pain management for severe, debilitating, back,leg and neck pain related to combat injuries and overuse. I do receive decent care now, and I am fairly satisfied elsewhere. Doctor Padrone and I had a very good eye to eye professional relationship regarding our treatment plan for my issues. I was looking forward to working with the doctor, and experimenting with his alternative treatment procedures. Some of my other colleagues used, alternate methods and it changed their lives. His office offered alternative therapies and medication supplements. We never got that far . My 2nd appointment, I came to the office, and the front door was locked, a patient opened it, I walked in to sign in, and the 2 ladies at the front desk were verbally abusing me, yelling and literally screaming, like unmediated schizophrenics, for absolutely no reason at all. I'm still assuming because a waiting patient opened the door? They are not professional enough to give an answer. Something must have happened in the clinic prior to me walking in. Regardless, their frustrations were taken out on a new pain patient, a combat veteran, a professional, who did absolutely nothing but show up for his second appointment. As they started to violently become aggressive, making the entire clinic very uncomfortable, I told them they will not speak to me like that. I canceled the appointment and left. It was volatile, unnecessary and bizarre. I would never recommend this office to ANY VETERAN, or pain patients, who wish to receive compassionate patient centered care. The staff are unprofessional, unqualified and incompetent to do their job properly, especially in a pain management environment. And, on that day, Dr. Padrone came out of his clinic room and did absolutely nothing. Walked away as if it was business as usual. I never received a call explaining or apologizing for whatever happened. I'm obligated to report the incident in detail, to all consulting agencies who recommended them, TRICARE, the VA, and the organizations who regulate this industry. It was the worst administrative medical experience I've ever encountered. A highly unrecommended clinic and sad situation for those who have little choice.

I decided to use Options after reading all the good reviews ..... turned out to be a waste of money…read moreand time ! Went in for the first consultation, great sales pitch, great energy. I ended up signing us for a program that had 4 months of medical visits and medication, nutritionist visits and B12 shots. Had to pay $1,500 up front for all that. The First visit with the nurse practitioner was great, she was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and started me on meds. To my surprise, I had to pay for the meds even though I was told that it was included. Another $50. Then the nutritionist consultation came. Little did I know that instead of getting a nutritionist consultation where they explain to you the do's and don'ts, I got a meeting with a snack sales person. The whole nutrition advice is based on a book that only uses their products. So, I had to come up with more money in order to get the food that the "nutritionist" said I had to eat. About $200 for 2 weeks. The "nutritionist" was not able to answer any of my questions regarding the food that I can purchase outside of Options, she kept answering text messages while I was talking. The scale that they used was not balanced and I don't think it was accurate. Went to the second session thinking that maybe the first one was a mishap. Nope ! The same thing happened. She kept answering text messages, sold more products, I think they got commission for sales. After the second session, I called them and asked for my money back (or what was left). The manager said she cannot refund me anything, it's either use it or lose it. She ended up changing the nutritionist. The new one, Kyle, was very knowledgeable and gave me a few great suggestions but still .......sold their product. I felt like this program is meant to get you in with wonderful sales pitches, take your money and then treat you like shit after you sign in. After I gave up the nutritionist consultation, I had about 12 left, they converted that into 3 medical visits for meds. When the time came for the visit (all virtual), I didn't get a link to the meeting or a phone call. They forgot. I requested for a refund (again). No follow up yet. All and all, a rip off program. Didn't help me loose weight, they pushed a lot of sweet snacks and my sugar level was through the roof. Not sure if this review will get published or they will end us taking it down but I do hope that someone will read it and it will help them save $.

The PA is wonderful and the girl that gives you the injections is great but I think if your going to deal with mostly women I think you should have more than one female coach. I also had an appointment the other day and was not texted that the female coach was not in so I had really no choice I have to go back because they did'nt let me know. Instead of laying off the one with an attitude they got rid of the good coaches you can tell not a happy customer.
