However, the downside to a lot of it was feeling like you're being nickel and dimed for every little thing there. Even if you did their " membership" it still was pretty tough on the wallet. I don't know if I can really recommend this place to be Frank. The pricing was a little high for my liking, especially with other clinics being a little lower, providing more detailed services included. If you really have no other options, then sure this place might be for you, but I would start by looking elsewhere first.

I signed up in August 2024 for a 6 month contract, ultimately decided the program wasn't for me, and let the terms expire (mistakenly thinking that at the end of those 6 months, that's it, contract done). While my postpartum brain totally thought I had sent some kind of confirmation that I would not be continuing, and even asking when the final payment would be taken, apparently I did not and unfortunately for me, the contract renewed itself (which I feel makes terms on a contract moot if they auto-renew whether you ask for it or not). I have unknowingly been paying over $1K in member dues without setting foot in the gym or having anyone from the gym reach out to me to check in. The lesson? Yes, read the fine print (of a contract you're asked to take a photo of and expect to reference later), but also look for a gym/trainer/staff that cares about the client versus just getting autopayments to reach their bottom line. I've been a member of other small-community gyms in the past that definitely check in and see how their client is doing, monitoring their attendance/progress etc. Larger chain gyms do not, understandably, but this gym doesn't have that kind of clientele size to warrant the oversight. My intuition was right about the place and luckily I found a fantastic exercise community elsewhere that really fit my needs and cared about my goals. Overall the program seems to suit folks but... just be careful, and COMPARE before you commit!
