If you do NOT own an exotic or luxury vehicle, this review is for you! I brought my 2007 Honda S2000 for a much needed paint correction, PPF and ceramic coating. The staff took their time in explaining the various options available and answered the many questions I had. They also accommodated my special requests to add new emblems and a rear trunk spoiler all while adding PPF to the windshield frame, trunk and trunk spoiler, also at my request. It also goes without saying that the products they carry (SunTek PPF and Modesta ceramic coating) are the undisputed best which was obviously a factor in my decision making. Thao, Grae and the entire staff are courteous, professional and truly went above and beyond! I'm super happy with the results and can't recommend this team and their work enough!

Fake deals

Fake and false advertising!! They posted and show everyone deals that are half off. I claim their offer, then made appointment to come in and were very disappointed to find out that the window tint they advertise @ $149 original is $299! Well, they said it's for only two windows at that price. Lmao!! Every car had 4 windows, why would you have a deal for just two windows? They said if I want all four and the back, they will give me a deal for $349!! Does this sound like a deal to you? Also, I was interested in the paint protection film deal for $599. They said that only covers the front bumper & side mirrors. For $599?? That's a ripe OFF!!! So if a nail salon shows deals for half off on nails, but once you come in, they said "oh the deal is for only ONE HAND, that's $20. If you want both hands, then that's $40! Would anyone be okay with that? They are just wasting people time and my time!

I had my SUV ceramic coated here and they did an excellent job. They are super busy but I do schedule hand washes with them when I can and scheduling permits. The extra attention to detail is why I come back. They are the only people I let wash my vehicle. They never leave water marks on the car and in the nooks and crannies (Mirrors, door wells, etc). The staff is always there with smiling faces and are super nice and helpful.

Phenomenal in every way. I brought my 2018 Alfa 4C to Vivë for a full front STEK PPF wrap, with my headlights covered in tinted STEK PPF. After installation, I noticed one of my headlights had a wrinkle on it that wouldn't settle. I thought the film was incorrectly applied. I brought it back, and after a thorough examination, they determined that a manufacturer defect by Alfa was the culprit. Lo and behold, I took it to the dealer and they replaced the headlight under warranty. Not only did Vivë save me the hassle of discovering the defect after a malfunction, or worse yet, when it was out of warranty, they re-wrapped it perfectly for me afterwards, free of charge. You see, it's not just the excellent product with these guys, it's the service. Cathy, Anson and the rest of the team genuinely understand how much their customers love their cars and why they are willing to spend thousands to protect and preserve them, and they take that passion to heart. I was so impressed that I came back to have them wrap my roof and A-pillars with STEK Black PPF. Because of the complex shape of my roof, It wasn't perfect at first, but based on my prior experience, I wasn't worried, and rightfully so, because the Vivë team did everything they could to make it as close to perfect as possible, even if it meant applying mm thin strips to cover impossibly tiny and unnoticeable areas just to satisfy my OCD malaise. I was so pleased with their work that the first thing I made my mom do after she bought a new MB GLE was to bring it in for a full STEK frontal as well, and she couldn't be happier either.

I would be suspicious of these tags too...

I had arranged for a quick wash & touch-up for a recently Modesta-coated, PPF-protected, new 911 while traversing cross-country on my way back to Hawaii. However, there was a mishap in using a heavy degreaser while washing the car, since the coating had yet to fully cure (2 days out from 14 required). While the owner Anson knew about the car's requirements, I'm guessing the actual washer didn't know, & was just trying to do a good job. As an aside, he did such a thorough job of cleaning (and left the temporary, paper license plate on), that the ink of the expiration date faded off so much that a Texas police officer pulled me over later for "suspicious tags." Because I didn't want to be pulled over again, I borrowed a black Sharpie and colored in the outlines of the faded expiration date. That didn't help, because then ANOTHER police officer from Nevada pulled me over and noted the "amateurish" Hawaii tags. Yes, it looked like a 4-year old did the coloring. Here's a pic. In any event, Melissa was very apologetic; and while this could have ended tragically for the car, the owner Anson took full responsibility. While in Los Angeles, he paid for another Modesta-trained detailer to do as much as he could without re-applying the coating. Finally, and without any prompting from me, he paid another renowned detailer to re-apply the BC-05 coating when I got back to Honolulu. Modesta ain't cheap. Yes, while everyone expects a perfect result the first time around, I understand that mistakes occur. It's what happens afterwards in those situations that count. Anson's integrity, and commitment to doing what's right, was surprising simply because it was so unexpected. Could I have been left in the lurch? Absolutely. But I wasn't, and I thank him and his crew for still being able to do things the "old school" way, where a person's word is his bond, and a reputation is still of utmost importance. Expect something in the mail as both a thank you and goodwill gesture.

I had a paint correction done on my 99 XK8 Jaguar at Vive. I was 99% thrilled with their work and attention to detail and the effort they put into making my car look awesome. As I said, 99%, because there is a spot (2x1 in) that they missed that no one will ever notice but me but it still bugs me to this day and it's been about a year.

Great group of auto enthusiasts and detailers who take pride in their work. Their attention to detail is like none other and their follow up services are outstanding. Excellent clear bra installations, ceramic coatings, and other detailing services. Don't let their garage of exotics fool you, they have meticulously kept my wife's minivan looking flawless (inside and out). +1 for Anson and team.

I got my 2019 Mustang GT ceramic coated and PPF here and the customer service here is definitely 5 stars, along with the services of course. My car looked better than it did when I picked it up brand new about a year ago. I've never had better customer service anywhere else and I'll definitely have my '66 mustang ceramic coated and PPF applied here.

As a New Customer, VIVE did a Overall Fantastic Job in detailing my Acura TL. 4 Stars only because Kat failed to mention that Shampooing the interior was not included in the Refresher package. When I ask if they could perform a shampoo, she simply said "We just don't have time to do it. We have other cars and Appointments" I was never told that shampoo was Not Included. Very disappointing because most Full Detailing of Interiors typically include shampoo if the carpet. I did express to Anson the owner and he did explain more professionally and in detail. And VIVE DID actually did a steam extraction on the carpet. So Anson saved this review from a 1 star. I would go back and recommend.

Ms. Sandra and Ms. Tracy were extremely professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled properly throughout the entire process. Their customer service truly stood out and gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, my rim looks absolutely brand new, like the damage never even happened. I really appreciate the care, communication, and craftsmanship they provided. I highly recommend Houston Wheel Repair to anyone needing wheel or rim repairs done right.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!…read more I went to Discount Tires to replace all new tires and was informed that one of my rim was bent/ warped. Told me that I should either get new rims or get it fixed bc it will wear out the new tire unevenly. So I found "Houston Wheel Repair " shop. I spoke to Tracy and I expressed my concerns about my rim. She feels certain they can fix it for me with their 25-30 years of experience with rim repairs. I felt confident to set appointment for Friday at 10:15am. Jimmy was the guy who took my info and what my concerns were.( I told him what Discount Tires told me) He wrote the order and asked if I wanted same day service. I said yes. He wrote $150 + $35(Same day service)asked me to put my initial. I agreed to the price for repair bent/warped and cosmetic of the front surface of the rim. Jimmy said will take 3 to 3 1/2 hours. (I left at 10:30am, should be ready by 1-2pm) I called them at 2:30 to see if it's ready for pick up. Sandra said will call me back. (Never did!!) I know they were pretty busy so waited til 5:30pm and was told the same thing. My husband and I decided to just drive there to see. When we got there they said it was ready. We paid and today Saturday , went back to Discount Tire to have them rebalance it and check to see if the bent was fix. Discount Tire said it's still bent/warped. Nothing done. They even let me take a video for me to show them. So I drove straight back to the shop to have them fix the problem. Sandra told me to talk to Jimmy since he was the person that took my order. Jimmy told one of the mechanic to inspect the rim and came back and said there's a bent on the rim. I asked jimmy, you told me yesterday you guys fixed it and all he said was we will fix the bent. I waited there for several hrs and finally came to me and said u are ready to go. I went to look at the rim and it was all scratched up. I asked Jimmy, aren't u going to fix the scratch marks on the rim. He said you came to fix the bent and we fixed it!! If you want the scratch fixed then you need to pay extra!! I was speechless. I told myself FORGET IT as long as the bent was fixed. ( I didn't want to deal with the rudeness and their dishonesty anymore). I left their shop by 4:30pm and drove back to Discount Tire to have them check it and balance for me AGAIN. When the tech told me that the rim was still bent and showed it to me.... I just broke down and cried. I couldn't believe I was deceived by their poor workmanship and lack of integrity behind their quality work!! I paid $200+7.26=$207.26 ( I had to pay extra for using credit card. I wasted my money and time for not having the issue resolved and the rim worst condition then we started. BUYER BEWARE.THINK TWICE before you will regret it.

Sure enough, they showed me where the source of the leak was (rear side of the wheel). What I didn't notice at this time was the fact that there was a small crack on the wheel (since the wheel was covered with soapy water and bubbles). I told the Sam's Club employee to go ahead and replace the tire with a new one, which they did. All good, right? Nope! My tire was still slow leaking so now I was confident that I had a problem with the wheel itself. I still didn't think it was a crack and I thought I just had a bead leak, which I could MacGyver myself using a bead seal readily available at your local auto supply stores. However, as I was getting ready to do this and I took my wheel off, that's when I saw the crack which gave me a 'Oh Shhhhhtttt' moment. And thus begun my journey trying to find a good wheel repair shop. After reading through some reviews on both Yelp and the popular search engine site, I came across M&M's, among other shops. M&M's was actually the 2nd shop that I had called. But M&M's was also the only shop that picked up their phone. The lady on the phone was super nice, gave me pricing, estimate repair time, etc., etc., etc.. Pretty straight up with the whole, 'the repair length really depends on how busy we are because a lot of car shops randomly send their wheels here to be repaired' or something along that line. Long story short, I brought my car in the next day. Talked to the lady and she gave me the same price that she had quoted me over the phone. And then another guy came out to look at the wheel. And after he took a look at the wheel, he gave me the same pricing that the lady inside did. So I told him to go ahead and repair it. I took the spare wheel out the trunk and he put it on and I went my merry way. Original estimate was about 2 hours to repair and I think it was more about 4 hours before they called me back telling me that the repair was done. Didn't matter since I was at work and wasn't planning to pick up the wheel until after work anyway. I went back, dude put the wheel back on the car, I paid. And over a month later, the weld still holds. I highly recommend this place if you need to have your cracked wheel repaired. They also repair wheel curb rashes and their prices are also reasonable (yes, I asked).

The part arrived on a Friday, and they installed it on Saturday morning. The fog light was damaged because of road debris, "treadgattor."
