On Sep 3rd I reached out and spoke with Thao. I explained that both of my Cybertruck cant rails needed to be wrapped. I received a $499 quote to have the cant rails wrapped via text. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning on Sep 23rd. I headed to the shop on the morning of Sep 23rd and sent a text to verify the appointment. I was told the PPF was not in stock. Thao apologized for the mistake and said he would follow up. About a week goes by and no follow-up. I send a text and scheduled an appointment for Oct 11th. I showed up at the shop and was told that I was only quoted for 1 cant rail. I then was told that I need to take responsibility for the mistake made by Thao. I opened the text that clearly communicates that both cant rails need to be wrapped (not to mention I explained this over the phone). Overall, a terrible experience and I would strongly recommend taking your business to another shop. Placing blame on a customer when your own text states "we can redo your cant rails" is unacceptable. Based on my own experience, I would question the validity of these reviews. read more

The staff took their time in explaining the various options available and answered the many questions I had. I claim their offer, then made appointment to come in and were very disappointed to find out that the window tint they advertise @ $149 original is $299! Well, they said it's for only two windows at that price. Lmao!! Every car had 4 windows, why would you have a deal for just two windows? They said if I want all four and the back, they will give me a deal for $349!! Does this sound like a deal to you? Also, I was interested in the paint protection film deal for $599. They said that only covers the front bumper & side mirrors. For $599?? That's a ripe OFF!!! Phenomenal in every way. I brought my 2018 Alfa 4C to Vivë for a full front STEK PPF wrap, with my headlights covered in tinted STEK PPF. After installation, I noticed one of my headlights had a wrinkle on it that wouldn't settle. I thought the film was incorrectly applied. I brought it back, and after a thorough examination, they determined that a manufacturer defect by Alfa was the culprit. Lo and behold, I took it to the dealer and they replaced the headlight under warranty. Not only did Vivë save me the hassle of discovering the defect after a malfunction, or worse yet, when it was out of warranty, they re-wrapped it perfectly for me afterwards, free of charge. You see, it's not just the excellent product with these guys, it's the service. Cathy, Anson and the rest of the team genuinely understand how much their customers love their cars and why they are willing to spend thousands to protect and preserve them, and they take that passion to heart. I was so impressed that I came back to have them wrap my roof and A-pillars with STEK Black PPF. Because of the complex shape of my roof, It wasn't perfect at first, but based on my prior experience, I wasn't worried, and rightfully so, because the Vivë team did everything they could to make it as close to perfect as possible, even if it meant applying mm thin strips to cover impossibly tiny and unnoticeable areas just to satisfy my OCD malaise. I had arranged for a quick wash & touch-up for a recently Modesta-coated, PPF-protected, new 911 while traversing cross-country on my way back to Hawaii. However, there was a mishap in using a heavy degreaser while washing the car, since the coating had yet to fully cure (2 days out from 14 required). While the owner Anson knew about the car's requirements, I'm guessing the actual washer didn't know, & was just trying to do a good job. As an aside, he did such a thorough job of cleaning (and left the temporary, paper license plate on), that the ink of the expiration date faded off so much that a Texas police officer pulled me over later for "suspicious tags." Because I didn't want to be pulled over again, I borrowed a black Sharpie and colored in the outlines of the faded expiration date. That didn't help, because then ANOTHER police officer from Nevada pulled me over and noted the "amateurish" Hawaii tags. Yes, it looked like a 4-year old did the coloring. Here's a pic. In any event, Melissa was very apologetic; and while this could have ended tragically for the car, the owner Anson took full responsibility. While in Los Angeles, he paid for another Modesta-trained detailer to do as much as he could without re-applying the coating. Finally, and without any prompting from me, he paid another renowned detailer to re-apply the BC-05 coating when I got back to Honolulu. Modesta ain't cheap. Yes, while everyone expects a perfect result the first time around, I understand that mistakes occur. It's what happens afterwards in those situations that count. Anson's integrity, and commitment to doing what's right, was surprising simply because it was so unexpected. Could I have been left in the lurch? Absolutely. But I wasn't, and I thank him and his crew for still being able to do things the "old school" way, where a person's word is his bond, and a reputation is still of utmost importance. As a New Customer, VIVE did a Overall Fantastic Job in detailing my Acura TL. 4 Stars only because Kat failed to mention that Shampooing the interior was not included in the Refresher package. When I ask if they could perform a shampoo, she simply said "We just don't have time to do it. We have other cars and Appointments" I was never told that shampoo was Not Included. Very disappointing because most Full Detailing of Interiors typically include shampoo if the carpet. I did express to Anson the owner and he did explain more professionally and in detail. Great place for all your window tint, PPF, and Ceramic needs! Of course, before i go anywhere for any type of service or needs for my vehicle, i do my research. I scheduled an on the phone consultation and Theo was my assigned representative. We had a quick 15-20m phone call where he gave me some brief information and recommended i bring my car to the shop for a more in depth, in person consultation. Next day, as soon as i arrived, Theo greeted me and started asking important questions regarding my vehicle. After talking to him and getting an awesome tour of the facility. He provided me with honest recommendations based on the questions and answers i had given when we spoke over the phone and while i was there. Please note, they look out for the benefit of their clients and won't just try to sell you services for more money. Theo took the time to know me and my car and based all his recommendations off that. He broke down the different stages and packages they have to offer and also gave me honest feedback! Because i arrived early and informed Theo what i wanted immediately was window tint, he made it happen, same day! Doesn't sound like a big deal, but being there and seeing how busy it was, i was thinking I'd have to schedule a time and date to take my car in. Well, i was wrong! I picked my tint and was able to get everything properly installed within a few hours!! Thank you, Theo for the great experience and knowledge you gave me regarding the Madesa Wrap for my 5Series. I first met Anson when he was just a fledgling mobile detailing operation, driving around Texas and detailing high end cars. Even then, his passion and attention to detail left me with a feeling that his business would eventually blossom, and Vivë is undoubtedly that result. Fast forward 2 years: Recently purchased a used 2012 Lexus CT for a price that could only be described as a steal. (In fact, it as probably closer to highway robbery given it was also Certified.) All in all, the car was in pretty good condition: The interior was in excellent shape, the car had extremely low miles, and it had just about all the options you would ever want on a CT. The exterior, on the other hand, left much to be desired: There were deep swirl marks that pretty much made the black paint look dull and tired. I, however, knew this wasn't going to be a problem given the amazing paint correction job Anson did on my GT-R. So, right after we brought the CT home, I scheduled an appointment with Vivë. As I do not live in Houston, I had to take a bit of time off, but Anson was able to accommodate me on a Friday- Saturday given I scheduled with him far in advance. After just a quick Stage 1 paint correction and application of CQuartz Finest (which btw, he's the only authorized detailer in the Houston area to carry and apply), the Obsidian Black paint on the CT has come to life. I'm not going to go into details on how amazing the car looks now, I'll just let the results speak for themselves in the pictures I've posted. Bottom Line: Is Vivë going to be the cheapest option around? No. But, if getting your car detailed RIGHT from the get-go is important to you... or, you want only the latest, cutting edge nano coating on your car (which will provide shine and UV protection for easily 2-3yrs+)... then, Vivë really is a no brainer. Think of it this way: A proper paint correction and nano coating by Vivë will pay dividends in the long run in the time it saves you from not having to wax the car after every wash. Furthermore, in addition to making your car look fantastic, it will also extend the life of your car's paint as it sits through the brutal Texas seasons, which ultimately helps with resale value. The team at Vive and EVS did a great job with our car. The customer service is great! They called me the day before to confirm my appointment and drop off time and then called as soon as it was ready. Many of the cars serviced here are higher end cars. On this occasion we brought my Father in law's brand new tesla to be detailed as a gift to him. While the service is not cheap the business is honest and I do believe you get the attention to detail that every car enthusiast wants from someone who is treating their car. Every penny is well worth it's price. The team at Vive and EVS was able to explain everything we were getting done on it. We had the following done. 1. Nano coating modesta ( a wax that lasts for years) 2. Interior protection : opti gaurd 3. Wheel protection (rims and calipers) modesta 4. Nano ceramic window tint, huper optic ( greatly reduced the heat that gets into the car and protects) 5. Clear film, XPEL ultimate ( protects against rock chips and such, last 10 years) I'm not sure what kind of experience others have had or why they experienced bad service but that was definitely not the case for me. I love my car but it seems that my friends love trashing as well. There has been at least 7 years Worth of grime, jean stains on the seats, dirt, and some throw up from nights of paying way too hard. The floors have black spots from dirt and water stains. Let's just say that my car is quite the mess. When I tasked Vive with my car I had high hopes that it would look great but I didnt expect that they would go above and beyond! When I went to pick up my car I was blown away by how great it was, the tan seats with dirt and stains looked brand new as if they came straight from the factory, the carpet was flawless, and all the nooks and crannies were free from gunk. To top it off, Vive applied a pristine outer coat to the exterior of the car when they washed it which made it shine like new and was smooth to the touch! There's auto detailing and there's Vive, there's $2 steak and there's Filet mignon. I don't usually post reviews unless I am super upset (rarity) or super happy with my experience. I am so happy to say that my experience with Vive was nothing short of amazing. I scheduled a time to meet with Anson who promptly shared his time to educate me on the CQuartz Finest application I was going to have done on my car. He really seemed very knowledgable and experienced. He was very passionate about his work and made it a point to say that if anything is ever done incorrectly or not to my satisfaction it would be re-done until it was perfect. His sincerity and honesty won me over and I handed over the keys to what I consider my child (my car). A few days later (because I left it at EVS for clear bra work) my car came out shinier than the day I saw it new. It's hard for me to trust auto shops in Houston. I am shocked by all of the good reviews. As another reviewer had mentioned, I was unable to reach a person when I called. I went there in person, and the person who helped me did not seem to know anything about what their services were. She took a look at my car (at my urging) and then told me she would write up an estimate for a service focused on the exterior. The estimate was well over $1000 and she could not describe how it differed from a run-of-the-mill car wash. She did say CQuartz at least five times. Although she said it was the best thing ever, she couldn't tell me anything else about it. To make things worse, after going out and examining my car she did not even remember what kind of car it was. I made the mistake of going through with it and booking a service. She told me that I would get a "loaner" which only cost $40 a day. She also told me the service would take 48 hours but I could return to pick up my car 24 hours after I drop it off?? I should have known better. When I dropped off my car, I was told that she accidentally deleted my estimate from their system. She remembered that someone was coming in to have something done but no further details. I then waited for more than 45 minutes for the "loaner" while she went out to lunch. When I picked up my car, she talked as if it looked vastly different. I am pretty detail oriented, and it honestly did not look different to me. It certainly did not look like I spent a great deal of money to have it detailed. Did it look clean? Yes. Did it look a lot different than my normal $25 car wash? I'm afraid it did not. Did it look like it underwent paint correction? Not to me. I initially thought maybe the saleswoman wasn't good but their services would be. That was not the case. I am sorry that I went there and will not return. I hate to suggest this but I doubt all the positive reviews are legitimate. My experience was just that bad. Update: This was not posted in error. I changed my profile picture to show part of the invoice, credit card receipt and the hang tag I received when I picked up my car. The experience was so bad I wouldn't trust them with my car even for a complimentary service. It is not worth the hassle, frustration and time commitment. My experience with Vive was stellar. I had spilled an ENTIRE BOTTLE of salad dressing into my BRAND NEW 2015 Volvo S6 and was sure I was going to have to trade it in. I tried everything before finding Vive on Google. I was very hesitant in paying them to "try" to get the odor out. They did do everything they could to manage my expectations upfront. They did tell me that, if they had to remove the seats, it would cost even more. They also said there were absolutely no guarantees. Well they did a great job. I'm writing this review on behalf of my significant other who keeps telling me how happy/extremely satisfied he is with the detailing job that Vive has done on his new car. Since he doesn't have a Yelp account, I figured I'd give Vive it's due praise for the amount of care they put into detailing his brand new "baby." My boyfriend randomly came across Vive while searching for detailing places in the Houston area. Not to be confused with EVS, Vive shares the same shop as them in the Bellaire area (they might even work on the cars together but I'm not exactly sure). A full paint correction and Opti-Coat Pro Primer + Opti-Coat Pro Permanent Coating were applied to my bf's car. Now his car looks even more sleek and shiny. :) The whole process took one day and the staff did an amazing job. The manager/owner- Anson hand-picks his staff and you can tell that they all love what they do for a living. The staff knows exactly what they're doing and it shows in their clientele (I've heard Chandler Parsons goes there)! If you don't want to worry about leaving your Lamborghini, Ferrari, Lexus, Audi, Porsche or any other luxury vehicle in the wrong hands, bring your car to Vive and let them give your car an incredible transformation.
