hello this is not an Italian salad.
Ginger C.

I've come here almost weekly since moving to the neighborhood thinking they'd be my go-to pizza and italian place. Over several months, everything I ordered is sloppily made, sometimes burnt, sometimes not even cooked all the way. Today is the worst. I orded an Italian salad and got old brown iceburg lettuce with a couple tomato slices. WHen I called back to tell them that the salad was gross, the man on the phone said that's their salad. The pizza doesn't get better. It's always undercooked. The small pizza doesn't even fit in the pizza box properly so its always folded over. Ingredients are low quality. I've asked them at least three time to make the pizza crispy and seems like they have a laugh because it comes more undercooked. Moreover, the bil always comes more than the menu price leading me to believe they add extra for the gringo price.

Overcooked slimy, and tasty pasta

We ordered caprice, and when it came to the table it was pale and we sent directly back to the kitchen . All of the pasta is cooked to a place of being extra slimy and flavorless. The pictures were taken after we asked for the caprice, he salad to be taken off of our bill as we didn't eat it They said if we refuse to pay for it, the waiter would get charged... That is when we decided to take pictures of all the food we did not eat and pay the $60 USD for a gross and flavorless meal.

Calamari

A hidden treasure in Tijuana just across from San Diego I had the fried calamari and it knocked me off the chair, most excellent. I had ordered a ribeye but they were out no worries Vit came and brought me a wonderful filet with a Marsala mushroom sauce ok I'm stoked and highly recommend this for your dining experience Chef Big

Burnt pizza and the flan tasted like rubber. The worst restaurant I ate at in Mexico.

The pizza was burnt and the flan tasted like a rubber brick. The worst restaurant I ate at in Mexico.

The wonderful inside

If you are in the area this restaurant is a must. I had the fish done Italian style with pasta and the homemade Italian gravy. Don't forget the cannoli. The owners are there at lunch and dinner times and the Glass of wine is very generous

Vittorio's has awesome pizza and great service. It's so popular at their main location downtown so I'm really glad they opened a new location in Playas.

Pipping hot fresh Pepperoni and mushrooms pizza! Amazing!

If you live in Mexico or is very comfortable to travel to tijuana Mexico because you come for the seafood, tacos, ect. Well im going to put you on to different jewel eats that Mexico has to offer. So let's get down to business. Quattro is a nice hole in the wall Italian restaurant located on Paseo playas de tijuana road. This restaurant is known for its delicious pastas there is a nice selection on the menu. But today, I am ordering you guys the Arrachera gourmet pizza. The pizza is a thin crust topped with a red sauce, sprinkled with Oregano. The pizza is topped with are you ready for this...shrimp (camarón), carne Arrachera (meat), sliced avocado , red onion, and cilantro...omg qué rico the taste, the pizza is cooked in a brick oven, every bite is packed with flavor of seafood and and meaty. Its literally one of my favorite pizzas. When it comes to the service, dining in, 5stars the dine in waiters are attentive and professional. The waiters stand by making your dining experience feel 5star. The only negatives Is that the pizza is one size and I can devour the whole thing quick. The pice for these two pizzas was 380.00 pesos, 18.88 dollars about 9.44 per pizza. I think it's totally worth it and very inexpensive if you take inconsideration the delicacy this pizza offers. If you want a mouth watering pizza I suggest you come check out Cuattro. Remember the menu doesn't stop there I will be back to try out the different pastas at this Italian based restaurant, To be continued... Hope this review helped a bit. Enjoy yelp family...yeah i said it!

I came around lunch time and had no wait time. There were plenty of opens seats. You check in at…read morethe front and wait to be seated. The lunch menu is pretty big. I ordered one item from lunch menu and one from the regular menu. Bread - so fluffy, warm and soft 10/10 Fettuccine Venzeziana (lunch menu) - it was super tasty and flavorful. the chicken was a bit rubbery, but the sauce and pasta were cooked to perfection 10/10 Panzerotti Camarata (cheese ravioli/regular menu) - soo delicious. the sauce had great flavor and the pasta was super soft and the cheese filling was really good. Shrimp was cooked well and tasted great too. Tiramisu - it was okay! I liked how soft it was, but it lacked a bit of flavor for me. Service was attentive! My waitress checked on me often and was super helpful on what to order. Both dishes I got were actually suggested by her and I loved them! The plating has a lot of thought and detail in every dish, which adds a really nice touch. The inside is beautiful and has plenty of seating. Very welcoming, has a homey feel, and the music was on point. I could see this being a good spot for lunch or birthday dinner.

They have one of the better lasagnas I've had & the spaghetti is the best I've had. Chicken Parm is a winner with me too as is the Margarita Pizza. For an appetizer I get the Mushroom Ravioli, very flavorful & the bread you get with the Olive Oil to start with is pretty good. Desserts are hit or miss, wasn't really a fan of them, salads are good tho. Customer service is cool, polite but they can be a bit friendlier & check on you a bit more for drinks. It can get busy at times so just have a little patience (in my Guns & Roses Axel Rose voice) it's worth it as their food is good & they are polite & go as fast as they can. And don't sleep on their Calamari it's real good. Definitely our go to place in the South Bay for good legit Italian food.
