I came here last night with my girlfriend and her family and at first I was like Italian food? Again, Italian food in TJ? It was not something I'd expect rather expecting some good tacos or mariscos hahah. Honestly speaking it was solid. It was actually pretty good in my opinion! We had the first course which was an authentic tomato soup. Had a lot of vegetables and the spices was on point. The sausage pizza was really good, very thin and not too doughy. Cheesy and the sausage made it taste even better. I loved that the crust was not thick at all. My girlfriend ordered the lasagna and I loved how it was mixed with both white and red sauce. You could taste both worlds! Cooked right and very flavorful. Pasta was not too soft not too crunchy! My meal was the chicken fettuccini. I asked them if they could do breaded chicken and it came out good! It could have been a little more warmer though on the chicken. Very creamy and I definitely would have it again! Oh by the way they make good sangria!! Not going to lie I was little buzzed but it made everything taste better hahah. Only down fall was maybe the service. At some point it was bad perception seeing other people being served even though we had got there before some customers. People love this place. It's always full. We've tried to come last Saturday but the place was packed. My other sibling told me that they made him a Milanesa that he liked a lot, but he thinks everything he eats is good. I have nothing negative to say. I am so surprised by this place and said there isn't anything like it here back home in VA. My friends and I came down to Mexico and they said they loved THIS Italian restaurant, so we gave it a try. For $40, 5 of us were able to eat food and even share a pitcher of sangria, you can't do that anywhere. The staff was nice, food delicious and probably some of the cleanest bathrooms in the area. read more

Hands down; If I ever wanted Italian food in Mexico I'd go visit this place again. The server took a little while to greet us (if we had been ready to order) but it being our first time visiting that restaurant. We got there early and waited a long time, and when they brought the sandwiches, mine had cheese on it, when I had asked specifically for it not to have cheese. The food is always good in a reliable way, I would like to see new additions in the menu, maybe change up the daily specials? But its a great feeling when you walk out the door happy on you meal afterglow and realize that a Florentine Lasagne entree and a beef Polpetone (meatball stuffed with cheese and spinach) along with, soup, salad and freshly baked bread with garlic butter will cost less than 15 dlls. We do not speak much Spanish but our waitress was very kind and patient with our order. The food was tasty and cheap!! We got a liter on wine for $5 and was able to take it to-go!
