The flavor is in the juiciness and it is wet! Because of this, I imagine eating them right away like we did, is better than taking them to-go or takeout. Probably would get soggy with easily torn tortillas. The ramen was good too! With cilantro was a nice refreshing aftertaste! It was good, however, I think for me, this is not a dish I would repeat and my palette prefers the normal kind of burritos more. It was Taco Tuesday night, so it seemed fitting to check out Vitos. We asked the friendly cashier and she recommended the Truffle Birria Fries, so we got that with chicken. We also got the birria tacos (bogo) why not?! Everything was delicious! I thought it would be super heavy but it was really good. Great portions as well. Tender, moist, juicy, and flavorful birria! I've been here several times The tacos are not overly greasy and the meat portion is pretty good. They only have 2 meat options - beef or chicken birria - served up a few ways like tacos, nachos, fries, quesadilla, even ramen style, etc. I always order the regular beef birria tacos (no cheese), also no onion for personal preference, and it's always simple and delicious. Consommé does cost extra but it's a must, and only about $2/$4 for a small or large. I usually order 8 tacos and a small is enough for dipping, although I'm tempted to drink it all because it's so good! Service is always super nice. The same lady is always working the front when I come, and she's lovely. I believe the same kitchen staff are always there too when they come for taco Tuesday, and they always get my order out pretty quickly within 10 minutes or so when I walk into order. The inside is clean, modern, and open with a couple tables. One thing I did not like was the queso dip, it was not good. The cheese sauce had a strange grainy texture, but the flavor was alright. It was a sloppy eat which took away from the experience, but the flavors were still good. This time I went for the combo plate with the most popular pick, the queso tacos, and the cheese definitely helped keep everything together and fairly clean. Service was quick and kind - I came with a large group that had separate orders as we all trickled in for lunch. Hands down, the best tacos I've found in Vegas so far. The first time I tried Vito's Tacos was accidentally at Area 15 from their food truck. I've been craving it ever since, but definitely didn't want to drive all the way to Area 15 for some tacos. So happy they have a brick and mortar off the strip. The shop was small and not too busy when I went. I was in and out with my to go order in under 10 minutes. Prices are reasonable. I was able to get 3 queso tacos, a small consommé, and tip for just under $20. The beef tacos are better than the chicken tacos, they just taste juicer and more flavorful, but that doesn't mean the chicken tacos are bad. The green sauce is where it's at. I dump a generous amount on each of my tacos. You must get the consommé to dip and sip on. It is delicious. read more

Flavors were all well balanced with that tasty melted cheese . We highly recommend trying beef tacos - so delicious, A MUST TRY! The rice and the beans were very tasty and complimented the meal very good. Although whatever you decide to get from the menu , you can't go wrong , because everything is so yummy ! Everything was freshly cooked and served warm, but I highly recommend eating it there , because tacos are so juicy and saucy that will get mushy if you take it to go. The store is clean with that casual restaurant vibe, you order the food at the counter and you seat yourself. The space is decent size and there are several tables to sit down. Vitos Tacos is nowhere close to me but I was in the area so thought I'd get one of the best tacos ever! I got the Loaded Queso Taco which is only available by ordering online. I was going to order a cup of horchata too but that wasn't available online for some reason. My total for one taco? $7.60 because it includes a fee for ordering online and a small business support fee. I don't really mind the small business fee but definitely have a problem with a fee for ordering online when that was my only option for this specific taco, it is kind of absurd. Doubt I'll pay that price again but at least the taco was great. read more

Vito's tacos is truly awesome and almost has something for everyone. Almost. Let's talk about what they're known for. Their birria is fantastic, but they also offer a chicken alternative that tastes just as good. That makes it a little more accessible in my opinion. The consommé is rich but not too heavy. Outside of the classic queso tacos, they also offer quesadillas, plates, egg rolls, and even keto tacos. Keto tacos made with crisped up cheese isn't really a new thing, but they do it well here and it's PACKED with meat. A good value but also great macros for those on their fitness/weight loss journey. I'm going to start off with, I've had Vito's tacos (actual tacos) 3 to 4 times. Tonight I decided to switch it up and get something I've been eying for a long time, the birria truffle fries, mistakes were made. The fries had, 50:50 protein (chicken and beef) both tasted like a mushy paste, the cheese also tasted powdered (claims to be homemade). 0 beans on this but that was basically the consistency in this dish. Gross. I'm not sure if it was because it was 830 and just close to close but if I could get my money back I absolutely would because I ate probably 8 picked at bites trying to find something semi decent and is foul.
