Order al pastor combo plate #3, california burrito and carnitas taco for takeout yesterday…read moreafternoon. Got home and saw we got the wrong order, a carnitas combo plate and a carne asada burrito instead, but the carnitas taco was right. The good: massive portion sizes and the carne asada burrito was really good. The lady who took our order was really nice as she answered our questions about the menu. The bad: wrong items and the carnitas was kinda dry. The burrito was good enough to probably try again, but will definitely check order before we walk out the door.

What I find different is that there is no music playing or any TV's in the restaurant. What I don't like: I'm typically a 20% tipper or more, depending on the service. I really enjoy coming to this place--it's awesome. However, I don't carry cash, and I'm not a fan of the credit card fee.

Both meals were delicious and the service was great. Catalina was our server she was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. Our favorite Mexican restaurant for many years was Frank and Fina's. After they closed down it was hard to find another Mexican restaurant that could come close. We were very impressed by the presentation and the flavor of the food.

First impressions: great location in a shopping center with plenty of other restaurants and stores nearby. Parking was easy, and there's even a Tesla charging station right next to it, which was a nice bonus. We waited about 15 minutes, which honestly wasn't bad at all considering the size of our party. When I walked in, I immediately loved the decor and atmosphere. It's definitely a fun and stylish spot for brunch in Las Vegas. My only concern was that they really couldn't accommodate our large group all together, so we had to split up. The area where most of us were seated was pretty tight, and with staff walking by, it felt uncomfortable at times. As for the food prices, you can definitely find Mexican food cheaper elsewhere, but here you're absolutely paying for the presentation--and I'm all about it! They take a simple Mexican dish and turn it into something that looks over the top. I ordered the birria tacos, and they came with their own little taco stand. Really?! Who does that? I absolutely loved it. The presentation was so fun and definitely made the meal feel like an experience. The service was great. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and on top of everything throughout our visit. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out Mucho Loco. It's a fun spot, the food is Instagram-worthy, and the atmosphere is great. I'd definitely come back again!

We've been doing something a little different these days when we order takeout; trying not to order too many items of any big portions of food. Here, we ordered one taco each and one burrito each, just so that we wouldn't have anything too big for us to finish or to save as leftovers for the next day. We both ordered tacos, with mine having the hard shell and his having the soft shell, and we both ordered the California Burrito, a favorite for the both of us. Since it was so close, we left to go get the food immediately after we placed it online, and it was ready right when we got there. The tacos were delicious and I'm going to say it right here, the California Burrito was literally en fuego. It started becoming a little spicy about halfway through, but it was still really good! With Mexicans restaurants on nearly every block here in town, I wouldn't mind coming back to Fuego again.

Today, all I managed to photograph was the menu because, once again, the food disappeared too quickly. Chile Verde is truly a hidden gem. The owner is a one-man operation - he takes your order, prepares every meal himself, and does it all with incredible care and pride. The food is consistently excellent. The ingredients are fresh, the oil is always clean, and everything is cooked to perfection without ever feeling greasy. My go-to orders are the Beef Rolled Tacos with Guacamole and the Vegetable Burrito, and they never disappoint. One thing that has always impressed me is how immaculate the kitchen is. His stainless steel equipment is always spotless and shining, and it's obvious he maintains the highest standards of cleanliness. There isn't a dining area, so it's takeout only, but don't let that stop you. The quality of the food more than makes up for it. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food made with fresh ingredients by someone who truly cares about his craft, Chile Verde is absolutely worth a visit. Please do note the hours of operation. He is open from 7AM - 5PM and closed Sundays as of today.

I was seeing different answers on their opening hours, but it opened at 7am on the Friday I went. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito ($9.25) with pico de gallo ($1.25). It was surprisingly a big burrito and even had fries in it. The flavors were good; I paid extra for pico but I wish there was more because it was more heavy without it. It came with mild and spicy salsas. The owner is a one-man band who took my order and made the food. There was no seating so you'll have to take your food elsewhere to eat. Crispy eggplant was unique.

First of all, it's absolutely beautiful in here. They have a smaller patio that opens up but it was too hot to open up to it haha. But it's absolutely stunning in here with a lot of booth seating which I always like. Our server was amazing and took the best care of us! For Wednesdays on Ladies Night, they give you a toast of champagne which is so nice. They also had 50% off some cocktails as well. To start, they give you chips and salsa and both are really tasty. To drink, I ordered the Sandia Diva and the Nuts About You. The Sandia Diva was sooo good and refreshing. I loved the presentation of it. Also, their menu gives photos of their cocktails which I also love cuz sometimes its hard to figure out what they look like. The Nuts About You was basically an espresso martini with pistachios and was soooo good and creamy! Our server recommended it so we both had it and really loved it! We decided to split a lot of items, which is always my favorite way to eat with friends. We ordered the yellowtail ceviche, empanadas, taquitos, and a variety of tacos. The avocado taco was pretty good, though I thought it was going to be a fried avocado for some reason haha. Still tasty! They do give two tortillas which at first I was like eh, but then I realized they fall apart so makes sense haha. The empanadas were delicious and so were the taquitos! But the star was definitely the yellowtail ceviche which is what our server told us to order. I definitely would come back here again! It's so cute at the UnCommons and such a great elevated restaurant!
