This gem was right under my nose and I never knew. Well I know now and I have to say it's fantastic. We ordered 2 pizzas, the trifecta and grandma's pizza, and both are outstanding. We got the small Sicilian size which was plenty big enough for a small party. The surprise is the crust. Very light and airy, not at all like a doughy, heavy Sicilian pie. And the sauces they use are delicious! We have since tried their hoagies and cheesesteaks and both are very good. Definitely worth trying this place. read more

Let's start out with the price.... $50 for two chicken finger platters and a small pizza???? If the food was good I'd say ok it was worth it but god this was easily one of the worst meals I've ever had. I couldn't tell you the last time they changed their oil the fries were tasteless and disgusting and the chicken fingers were worse than the frozen stuff you get at a grocery store. I will start with the good. The pizza is very good. Now for the bad. The food is overpriced compared to the competition that serves just as good if not better pizza. The wings are absolutely TERRIBLE! Over cooked so much that it seemed like we were chewing leather for days. Some pieces were so bad we thought we were chewing on bones. Just moved to the area and decided to order delivery from this place on Friday night. With any delivery I was expecting soggy fries and a subpar chicken wrap.. not this place. First, let me say thank you because my food was still scorching hot when it arrived. I had to wait to eat my wrap so it could cool down, fries nice and crispy. Unfortunately, while their food is good, their service is severely subpar. We have had so many incorrect orders. One time, we ordered a pizza with half sausage, we wound up with a half broccoli. When we called to advise of the mistake, the young girl who answered the phone immediately stated with an attitude, "yeah well you said half broccoli". Being that no one in my household eats broccoli, that is most certainly not what I said. They've not included items that we've ordered for which they've charged us. They have young kids answering the phones and taking orders which I think is part of the issue that they are not writing down the correct things. I ordered 20 wings, 10 wings out of the 20 were missing. Myself and the driver from DoorDash called multiple times (we both have matching receipts that reflect 20 wings) and were given the run around by two separate people, one man one female, but I was eventually told wings would be coming. 45 minutes later I called back and the man argued with me and told me I only paid for 10 and was very unprofessional and refused to help. So I paid $30 for 10 wings and a drink. Half of my party was not able to eat. I cannot believe the service received here and will never order here again. My sister just moved to Heather Ridge & she has been looking for a place that is decently good, affordable & delivers. All of us were really happy with the meals and Vito's may have gained a new customer. I'm guessing it was the owner who answered & took our delivery order. She had a thick accent & was friendly. Answered our questions with ease & patience. Fast turn around on delivery. We have ordered twice & delivery was speedy & food was pippin' hot! Once at 330pm on a Wednesday, & another time at 7pm on a Friday. Our delivery guy was realllly friendly and sweet. Food was brought in an open-top box, easy to see the order. 5 stars for delivery. Pizza is the most important & essential delivery food. It's gotta be really good, affordable & needs to reheat really well too. Vito's is all of the above. Impressed with the fresh cheese, flavorful crust & sauce. It reheated 2 days later & tasted like it was just made. Happy dance. Cheesesteak had the perfect blend of cheese & meat. Bingo!! The hoagie was so fresh, a nice chunk of meat & cheese, mixed w/lettuce, onion & tomato. Roll stayed fresh; I hate when the roll gets soggy & it didn't!! Nice work keeping the oil off the roll. Chicken wings weren't bad. Pretty big, not wimpy, boney wings. Hot buffalo sauce could use a few more notches of heat tho. Don't be afraid to step it up. The shrimp in a basket was a hell of a lot bigger than we were expecting. Served w/fries & cocktail sauce, that could have been split w/someone. That reheated well in the toaster oven wrapped in tinfoil. Not too greasy to reheat, bonus!! Food is okay but way better pizza places given the area (Sal's in Mantua is 5 minutes away and way better) but what really makes me give them two stars is their service. Extremely slow with orders when they're not even in a lunch/dinner rush. And get orders wrong constantly. Most employees there are rude as well read more

Ordered their pizza for the first time today. Which prompted me to write a review. We usually order salads and sandwiches from here they are good and consistent, which is hard to find. They offer a good variety of normal pizzeria items. Their chicken cutlets are fresh delicious, and perfectly seasoned! Anyway, the pizza I had today was great the crust was crispy the dough had good flavor and the sauce was excellent little on the sweet side and seasoned well, which I like. was visiting the area, and has a horrible experience. first off there were no slices avaialble to purchase on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a cheesesteak with peppers mushrooms and extra mayo. the cheesesteak barely has any mayo in it and ruined my meal. they also had the nerve to nickle and dime for extra mayo and didnt even put a normal amount. staff was miserable and the service was terrible. don't frequent here, find a better spot! read more

Buffalo Chicken fingers arrived soggy and gross. They were supposed to come with ranch but came with bleu cheese instead. Pretty much threw the entire meal away. Pretty obvious that their appetizers are all frozen, everything has a weird texture like it's been frozen for a while and quickly defrosted. Their pizza isn't very good either. We won't be ordering from here again. La Sicilia in the CVS plaza is way better food for a WAY better price. read more
