I booked a special intro package including an adjustment, x-ray, and some other services. The receptionist said that I would have an adjustment with Dr. Melissa who has a lot of great reviews here, but when I went in it was with Dr. Holani instead. I was fine with that at first, but it was by far the worst adjustment I've ever had. He spent most of the time showing me what various issues *could* look like on a model spine, but then informed me I didn't have any of those issues. It felt like a student giving a presentation that had no relevance on my situation. He then spent maybe five minutes assessing my body by touch and made a few extremely minor adjustments. It was a huge waste of time. I was really looking forward to the x-rays thinking they might help with assessment, until a friend who's a massage therapist told me he wouldn't trust chiropractors who do x-rays as part of an intake and encouraged me to do some reading on the subject. Everyone from the National Institute of Health to other chiropractors warn against the practice, saying it's usually part of a scam to scare people into longterm treatment they don't actually need. I hate to leave a bad review on a small business, but peoples' health is important and this whole experience felt scammy and completely unhelpful. People seem to love the red light therapy here, and maybe Dr. Melissa is great like the reviews say, but I wouldn't go here again. read more

I came for a sample session. The office is very inviting. Jane and Joel are super helpful and quick to talk about how it all works. I only did a red light therapy, about 20 minutes. It was really comfortable and relaxing. It was also really healing. I had a gout flare up in my big toe that started a day earlier and had me limping. Normally that level of flare up takes a week to really calm down. In just 20 minutes, the flare up felt like it was that week in and by the end of the day it was just a twinge. It hasn't come back. One of my colleagues at my real estate brokerage hosted a holistic health seminar. I attended both to support my colleague and to satisfy curiosity. Among the vendors present was Vitality Sol. They had a raffle and I won a complimentary RLT (Red Light Therapy) Yep, I rolled my eyes too! To say I was skeptical would be an understatement. Before I called I did some cursory research and honestly, I was intrigued. Keeping this short...thanks Jolie B. for calmly, thoroughly and honestly answering my many questions before my first treatment! RLT is awesome and effective. After about 6 weeks of treatment I have seen significant improvement in my energy level, sleep quality, vison improvement, increased metabolism ( it has supported my other weight loss activities), shoulder soreness and most of all it is just super relaxing. This is not instant cure your cancer and diabetes kinda thing, and everyones body is slightly different but you will most likely experience some noticiable benefit after your first treatment. I recommend trying out different frequency combination. Note all RLT therapy is not equal. The machine Vitality Sol uses is top of industry. I saw an add in social media for Red light therapy here at Vital Sol and decided to give it a try since I've done software therapy in the past for a post-ACL surgery scar tissue discomfort. When I arrive to Vitality Sol I had a stomachache plus a slight knee pain. Within second of the red light therapy my stomachache went away and after my 15 min session my knee felt like normal. Have had 5 red light therapy (RLT) treatments here. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. I didn't really understand what to expect and what the benefits would be. Now I know to expect a relaxing experience in a full body red light therapy bed with a nice fan cooling me and soft music playing. Followed by 10 minutes of jiggling. The jiggling is a separate machine that helps increase circulation after the RLT. Both leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, kind of like a short nap on a beach. The results surprised me: my stomach is flatter and I lost a lot of puffiness in my body and jawline. Everything just feels tighter. I don't know how it works but it's cool!! read more

I've had 9 sessions so far at Vitality Slim and I'm so happy with my experience. I had read about Red Light Therapy and the thousands of studies that support its use in so many health applications. I had been having issues with my knee and found a study that said that Red Light Therapy can be helpful for arthritis plus yes, the weight loss idea was intriguing (for my knee and the rest of me!) I was told the therapist "Misha" did "Medical Massage". As a massage therapist for over 20 years, this was the worst massage I have ever had. I needed the nerve line worked and she did not even know where or what that is. I also asked for lymphatic drainage. These two types of massage are usually incorporated into any type of massage, but especially in a "medical massage". What she did was a few flat swedish style strokes of her hands, then pause and do nothing for 1-2 minutes. This went on for about 20 minutes. At that point I got up and left. Why pause for 1-2 minutes? I didn't ask for a "laying on of hands". My feet were just brushed with her hand. Really? I would spend at least 10 minutes on a person's feet. Nothing was done on my face or neck. She started face down on me. I had to ask for ankle supports - simply rolled towels supporting the ankles. I had to show her how to do this. This person has no knowledge of anatomy or the body. She admitted that it was a long time ago that she studied anatomy. Her skills are very poor. I was extremely disappointed. The 2 areas that I benefited most from Gail are yoga and a program for weight loss. I have tried some therapies for my lower back pain including chiropractic work and acupuncture in the past and while they helped somewhat for me, Gail's approach was to actually tailor a program to meet my health needs.
