Another frustrating thing is you can not make an appointment and if you do call the number someone answers and last time a lady said she would look on the cameras they have in the premises and told me no one was there - I was in my car and less than two minutes away and I rock up and there is someone well and truly into a massage and someone else sitting in the chair waiting. I left. It troubled me for a couple of days as I'm a creature of comfort and once I find a good thing I stick with it as it had ticked all the boxes. I get a massage often so fortunately, I've found a place nearby for massages but as I mentioned it's disappointing as it was my go to place for relaxation and healing.

It was my first time getting both cupping and acupuncture. I don't like needles and I was definitely scared, but during the treatments everything actually went very well. It was really easy to communicate and ask for adjustments for my comfort. Honestly I feel like this service was inexpensive for the amount of time and quality of care. The facility is clean and quiet. In the treatment room, there is ambient music playing at all times. For the appointment, I wore loose-fitting clothing.
