I've been visiting the H&WC for about 6 years and I try to go at least 2-3 times throughout the year - only because I read that it's bad to get alignments every month. Every visit is for a tune-up which includes a Swedish hands-on massage, acupuncture, cupping, heat therapy and an alignment. You walk in as tight and wound-up as possible and come out walking on clouds. It was really easy to communicate and ask for adjustments for my comfort. Honestly I feel like this service was inexpensive for the amount of time and quality of care. The facility is clean and quiet. In the treatment room, there is ambient music playing at all times. For the appointment, I wore loose-fitting clothing.
