They were able to fit me in for an IV in just a couple of hours, and the whole process was seamless. I got the Myers (vitamin C) infusion but added glutathione at the end for an added immune boost. An hour later, I feel hydrated and ready to tackle whatever bug is trying to get me down. We will definitely call HCH the next time we have a girls' winery weekend, but they're also wonderful for whenever you feel under the weather. Well worth the cost!

However, once product received there was no instructions etc... subsequently, a bottled leaked while I was out of town for a long period of time (leaked all over my host refrigerator, I was totally embarrassed) I called & recorded messages, never received a call back (multiple times). Finally spoke with someone I needed to file a claim, plus I needed photos (never cited in any packaging etc...) & it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs. Glad my life did not depend on that time frame! Finally, a representative (Alicia) said that the pharmacy was instructed to mail, not once but TWICE, in the span of 3 weeks! the representatives boss calls me & relays that the pharmacy did not approve, AFTER 3 weeks waiting AND BEING TOLD TWICE IT WAS GOING IN THE MAIL! I hung up on the boss after a few comment. Not 20 minutes later I get a call from Sally, offering me $50 off my next order for my troubles. WHAT AN INSULT! After all the repeat calls & misinformation. I told them I would never do business with Ivologist again & nor should anyone else.
