I've been going to him now since 2007, I believe, and I'll be his patient for the rest of my life. He speaks English fluently, has an American cell phone number and a P.O. Box address across the border (3 miles) into Del Rio. He's very accommodating for office hours when necessary. Acuña is a very safe little town full of dentists and cute little shops.
