First my order was mixed up with another customer. I kept getting phone calls to set up a delivery for another one of their customers. Scheduling the job was hectic. One day they showed up when we were at work and replaced the fabric without opening the awning. They scratched one of their arms to the bare metal. Left old parts for me to remove and when I did open the awning the pitch was way off, too low. I tried getting them to come back to adjust the pitch and they want to charge me 175.00. I agree to pay to just get this over with and I am still waiting for them to show up. And this company was recommended to us by SunSetter awning

It was also clear to me that this business cares about the quality of the product they produce. My contract was for a thinner material sign, but after reviewing the site, the owner decided to upgrade the material to give more durability, which I know cost him more than anticipated. He was very responsive and came out several times to meet, go over plans and ensure the spaces were properly measured. We went back and forth on designs and budget. Once everything was set, he worked with us on timing and we handled installation in stages. Though we had everything set, from the time we started until installation, we had an accent wall painted which clashed with one of our signs (our mistake). Shabbir worked with us and came up with a fair solution. We are very happy and would use them again.
