I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

Not only did these guys accelerate their process to get it done, they advised on design reviews, stayed after hours to complete the job, arranged for after-hours pickup, were VERY competitive on pricing, and enabled us to be prepared for an event we would otherwise been left behind on. Can not recommend them (and in particular Patrick) enough for printing services in the area. There's a reason why big chains don't often cut it-- here is proof.

I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.

The installation crew didn't show up until 1 h 30 min later. I understand circumstances causes delays, however, they were the one that requested for it to be installed a day earlier ( not me ). I highly recommend avoiding this company. My experience with them has been beyond frustrating,…read morelargely due to the unprofessionalism of the owner, Sason, who abruptly hung up on me while I was attempting to resolve an issue caused by their mistake. We initially ordered a sign based on a recommendation from Nati at Sign Expo, who assured us it would fit into the existing light box we had installed. After paying for the sign, Sason came to install it and informed us that it actually wouldn't fit. They then insisted we pay significantly more for a different sign that would fit. What was truly outrageous was that they refused to refund us for the first sign--the one they had recommended. Instead, they demanded we cover 50% of the cost of their mistake, on top of the additional money for the correct sign. We only ordered the original sign because they guaranteed it would fit. Had we known it wouldn't, we obviously would never have made that purchase. I spent over a month trying to get in touch with Sason to reach a fair resolution, and when I finally did, he agreed that we shouldn't be responsible for paying half of their mistake--yet he never updated the invoice. Ultimately, he stopped responding and hung up on me when I called and finally got through to him yesterday. I wish I could share images but we have no sign because they never installed anything. They happily took our money and refused to refund it though. Evidently, they are a boarder line scam like operation as the other negative reviews would suggest. Don't be fooled by their mimic branding of the reputable SignExpo.com, looks like they do this intentionally to mislead customers away from the other negative reviews about their service. Avoid this company at all costs.
