I researched for businesses in Miami to get my eye lashes done for the first time…read more I called Perfect Lash extensions and wanted to schedule an appointment with Lena. The first time I called nobody answered the phone. Lena called me back about 30 minutes later and we scheduled an appointment for the same day in the late afternoon. Unfortunately I got hold up at work and I called to explain myself and wanted to reschedule this appointment, she gave me an attitude and said that her next availability would be NOW be in over one month. I remember very well that she offered me an appointment for the following week! What happened to these appointments? Another issue I noticed was that when I asked her how much the Russian Volume would be, she priced me at $250. After this phone call I noticed that on Yelp she advertised her Russian volume for only $200. So I decided to NOT go to Lena. Very unprofessional behavior!

Natalie was very gentile and very persistent to get my eyes to look as normal as possible - and by the end, not only did my eyelids look normal, they looked gorgeous since she really knows how to combine colors for a soft flawless look.
