Our butter knives made from the middle bar.

Participated in a private beginners blacksmith class. I have new respect for this art. It is a very grueling art and takes a lot of patience. Charlie, our instructor, was very informative and attentive. He made sure that we completed our project even if it meant that he would have to stay longer than expected. I highly recommend anyone interested to take this class. We'll worth it.

Just finished up a team-building event at this location. We all made our own chalk signs and had a great time with Yori and Manuel teaching the class. Started out as beginners, but they made the class interesting and easy to follow. Thanks to the team for the hospitality!

This was exactly what I needed to get familiar with a professional woodshop and all the essential tools. The class accomplished its main goal perfectly: giving beginners hands-on experience with the equipment in a safe, structured way. Over two Saturday afternoon sessions (3.5 hours each), we made a simple candle holder while rotating through practically every major tool in the shop. We used the sliding compound miter saw, jointer, planer, table saw, band saw, router, and various sanders. While the project itself wasn't particularly exciting, it was clearly designed to maximize tool exposure rather than create a masterpiece. David was an excellent instructor who prioritized safety above all else and patiently answered every question. The class size of about 10 people felt just right for getting individual attention. The woodshop itself is impressive with a fantastic selection of professional-grade tools. Parking was easy and the classroom was simple to locate. At around $150 per person, it's not cheap, but felt reasonable considering you're getting access to thousands of dollars worth of equipment and quality instruction. Just expect to get covered in sawdust! We had plenty of time to complete our project without feeling rushed. This class is perfect for complete beginners who want to learn woodworking basics in a supportive environment. It's specifically designed as a safety prerequisite for their more advanced classes where you can tackle more interesting projects. If you're thinking about woodworking as a hobby or just want to try it out, this is an ideal starting point. I'm definitely planning to take more classes here.

This is for the Autobody Repair and Welding night courses only…read more The autobody repair with McTaggert was great. Structured classes. Takes you from banging out dents to welding holes and body filler. No paint in this class. If you are looking for job training then I wouldn't recommend the evening class as you wont learn/practice enough to become job proficient. I would assume his day class would get you there though. He is thorough and supportive. If you are like me who wants to learn for a personal project it is perfect. The welding course is good if you have had a bit of welding experience. It is very self directed and you only get feedback if you ask. The supply of equipment and materials makes it worth the fee alone. If you are willing to do a bit of out of class studying (youtube/welding books/forums) and apply it in class you will benefit immensely from this class. I spent all 4 months at the tig bench and sometimes prepped materials at home (and welded too-I bought a tig shortly after class started because I knew I liked it once I tried)so I can better use my time. After 4 months most people asked if I welded for a living.

Learned pretty quickly, I was completely unprepared for real world IT. I knew the basics when it came to networking, Gpu,cpu, mobo, ssd you know all the components you would expect to learn about But the thing is, I barely knew anything Because they really taught us anything. Just enough to take our money The rest of the coursework was solely based off the comptia book and a few spreadsheets they gave to us but that was it ! , I can't speak for how it is now ? But if you are the class of 2022 or 2023 ? Goodluck you were scammed lol ! fortunately I managed to make it work and started from the bottom worked myself to higher positions along the way I'm now a Production Tech ( industrial ) no thanks to Cet I had to make it happen that school is not going to help you, you would be better off buying the comp T book online. Special shout out to Renaldo ! He was the first I.T teacher I had And was actually very knowledgeable, As far as the field goes unfortunately it did not last long and he was let go for reasons Not explained ? My second teacher was an idiot I doubt he could even build tbh, Just took our own money and ran As far as I understand it only a couple of us In my class actually stuck with the field the rest went and looked for other careers. It's sad, but I honestly can't blame them For the lack of real education, we had at the school. Do not go here For I.T !!!!! You can learn online for as little as $300 ! You can even just learn off youtube tbh At least the basics

I really enjoyed our classes, getting to practice speaking with the instructor and my classmates. The lessons are packed with a lot of vocabulary, grammar structure, and conversational phrases. There is limited writing exercises, and not much reading learning, but I am okay with this, and perhaps it is more emphasized in later levels. The instructor Dolphin is very supportive and patient. She would bring in photos and props to class to help us learn. She would also would tell anecdotes about Cantonese media that we could check out in our free time. I highly believe that this is worth the investment, it is more interactive than language learning apps, and you get real feedback.
