He just completed a new roof installation for me and I'm very happy with it.

The planning of the project was top notch and execution was a whirlwind - more than a few times we had to stop and stare and say: "wait, they're doing that already?" However, Carlos was quick to tap on the brakes while awaiting the authorization needed for our solar panels to come down. Now that the project's done - the yard looks exactly the way when they started - but the roof looks AWESOME. I'm actually looking forward to the next rainy day, now that our roof has been restored and we were dealing with several small leaks before Carlos and his team worked magic. Got an older roof? They are a total first class company to work with, honest and upfront. Very important when you are spending thousands of dollars. In our situation, the house to be re-roofed was vacant and Angel, the project manager, was so professional, courteous, and accommodating that he 1) did the initial estimate on a Sunday morning unattended by us, 2) updated us daily with work in progress images, 3) informed us of issues discovered once the old roof is removed and presented us with reasonably priced solutions and 4) drove over 18 miles several times to our primary residence to personally pick-up payment checks, and on the final payment pick-up to also drop off the garage remote control. The quality of the work by "Casas Roof" is excellent. The crew is respectful and hard working. The times that we were on site you could tell that the crew worked well together. You too will be pleased should you select "Casas Roof" for any roofing project. If we were to choose any three words to describe "Casas Roof" those words would be "Professional", "Accommodating", and most importantly "Honest".

They completed the work in less than a day for a very reasonable price, especially given the scope of work. We've worked with them before for the installation of roof turbines. When a minor issue arose afterward, their response was immediate and they fixed it right away with no fuss. As a fellow small family business, we value their 'client-first' approach. Their pricing is fair and ethical--a refreshing change from the inflated rates of larger roofing companies. We are grateful to have found a reputable roofer that provides quality work. From start to finish, Liza's can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel completely taken care of. Her pricing was competitive and she was incredibly responsive. Any time we had a question during the project, she got back to us quickly and made sure we had the clarity we needed. At one point, her team had to remove our garage exhaust fan, and instead of just putting back what was there, Liza replaced it with an even better one. She also went out of her way to help us with a few small projects that weren't even related to the roof. There was one hiccup with the painter on the job, but as soon as Liza knew, she took care of it and made sure the work would be completed. Overall, it was a great experience despite the small hiccup and we'd absolutely recommend Liza and her team to anyone in need of roofing or remodeling work. In an industry where it's easy to feel taken advantage of, Liza did the opposite. She genuinely looked out for us every step of the way and we're so grateful for that. We simply…read morecan't say enough great things to reflect the true gratitude we have for Liza and her team at Coast Remodeling Services. They really are the best at what they do -- and they do soooo much! There should be absolutely no doubt in your decision to tackle any project with them, big or small. Just go ahead and book them now and save yourself the time and energy of searching. They truly understand how important your home is to you, inside and out, so they won't disappoint. Maybe most importantly, if any random issue does arise (which it always does with a big project), they will be on top of it immediately! We worked with CRS on both a full roof replacement and a MAJOR bathroom remodel. We were lucky enough to be referred to Liza by a trusted local contractor friend for our roof repair. We got multiple quotes from roofing companies, as it was a big expense for us, but no one understood or communicated better than Liza. Not only did she offer a better product and solution, she also came in more affordable than all the other bids! Her team did such an amazing job on our roof that we reached out to Liza again a few years later for our full bathroom remodel. Oh man -- there's really no way to put into words how much of a project this bathroom was to take on. We ripped the old bathroom down to the studs, expanded its footprint, and fully rebuilt it into a glorious, resort spa-style sanctuary. Major vibe and an inconceivable space upgrade! Liza and her lead builder worked side by side with me daily throughout the entire process. From planning to purchasing, demo to details, problems to solutions -- they nailed it. We inevitably encountered some "fun" issues like improper support beams and suspect wiring, but they always pivoted and solved each problem quickly and thoroughly. The team's positive attitude and good spirits were also a notable and welcome part of the experience. This isn't my first major project, and let's face it -- you don't often get to work with true pros who are both really good at what they do and genuinely good, happy people. They are! It's been a few months since we finished the project, so I feel bad that I didn't get this review up sooner. We just couldn't seem to put everything they accomplished for us and our home into a concise synopsis. We wanted to gush about every little thing, but in the end, all you really need to know is that we were 100% satisfied, and you should feel 100% confident teaming up with CRS to successfully bring your next project and vision to life. Seriously -- feel free to message me with any specific questions about our experience with the roof and/or the bathroom remodel!
