Ms. Branson has been my PCP and I have full faith in her. She has always cares, follows through, takes good file notes so she knows what was discussed at the last check-in. It does sometimes take a bit of time for return calls, so I am proactive and call again. I normally message because they respond faster. I definitely recommend them.

First, I accidentally wrote down the wrong appointment time and arrived 15 minutes late. I understand having policies for no-shows and late arrivals, but being charged a fee for an honest mistake was a tad disappointing. More importantly, while I think the healthcare providers here are extremely knowledgeable i often left feeling like my concerns weren't fully taken seriously. Confidence and expertise are important but so is listening to patients when they feel something isn't right. Sometimes a little more digging is required Because my symptoms continued, I decided to seek care at a different office, and I'm thankful I did. What I had been dealing with appears to have developed into something much more serious. I can't say whether earlier intervention would have changed the outcome, but it has made me wonder if my concerns should have been looked into more closely from the beginning. I'm sharing this in the hope that it encourages providers to listen carefully to their patients. Feeling heard and taken seriously can make a significant difference in a patient's experience and, potentially, their care.

After searching through emails and being unable to locate any information for them I asked if I could call my pharmacy and get the info from them since I knew they had just used it to fill a script for me, they said sure try it. After getting them the info I was then told that I'd need to reschedule as I was past my appointment time and I'd also have to pay $40 for missing today's appointment...all while standing in their office the entire time. This is my annual and it also requires me to fast overnight and they did not have another early morning appointment available for the reminder of this month and I told them my insurance expires at the end of the month. I've never had a front desk be so completely unwilling to work with me on something like this and this was with me actually being INSIDE their office, when I begged if there was anything they could do the receptionist told me I was one min late to my 8:15am appointment and I should have arrived earlier....I told her I came straight from dropping my children off at school and am a single mom...she still didn't care, I even asked why she didn't being this up while I stood there on the phone, I could have cash paid for the office visit and given them insurance for running tests....she just shrugged and said it was their policy. I never post reviews but this was over the top for me and her lack of empathy was unreal. I will unfortunately be finding a new doctor after this experience.

The nurse-line provided by my insurance told me to visit an urgent care clinic based on my symptoms. I was the opposite of thrilled, but I went anyway. I went about an hour before this place closed, and the doctor was able to see me within a few minutes of me filling out all the paperwork. Not only was I was in and out of this place in less than 30 minutes, but I was given a shot and an rx that fixed my problem (turned out to be a migraine) by the next morning.

Now for me, I've had this pain in my neck when I looked right and left and maybe in the middle of my back. I've tried heating pads and chiropractors over the years and nothing really got rid of it. Just thought it was something I had to live with. Came across the practice of airrosti. After some research and looking on You Tube, I decided to give it a try. Its more rehab to me then chiropractor visits and they try to get you out within 3 visits. All i can say is that my first visit hurt a lot, but not the pain where its bad. In a good way. He was working down to the 2nd level of soft tissue. He worked on me for maybe 30 mins and then I went next door to Sara for some rehab exercises. I can honestly say it hurt so much but after leaving I could turn my neck both ways without any pain mostly. Still a little but I would go back two more times. I started sleeping better, feeling better and more. If you are curious go and give Dr. Maraffa a try. I'm a believer. I have one more checkup in Dec just to touch base since I have insurance benefits and then my schedule a couple more months out. I am feeling better than ever. Go check it out. My mom was under the care of dr.Singh for 15 years. Her addiction progressively got worse, and is…read moreat an all time high after 20 years under dr Singh's care. The main source of my moms addiction were things she was getting from dr Singh. My mom being under her care made my life as a child more than complicated. I have known dr.Singh since I was 13 years old, because of my mom. When I started to struggle in my own life as an adult, dr Singh was the only psychiatric care I had been exposed to at the time so naturally I reached out to her. I knew what to avoid when going there because of my mom, and I really needed help, I wasn't trying to feed an addiction. I developed a huge fear of ever having to change doctors because at this point I'm almost 30 and still have never had another doctor. Even when I knew I wasn't getting the care I deserved. I work in the service industry, I'm very cautious of how I treat people, and Dr. Singh's receptionist over the last year bullied me, made me bawl my eyes out, yelled at me,and berated me almost every time I came in with no explanation or apologies. I was overcharged and lied to a multitude of times. After a 2 hour meeting in which it was proven dr Singh as well as her receptionist were in the wrong. And I did not owe the money she said I did, It was in this same moment that dr singh made the decision to fire me as her client. I have never felt more embarrassed, hurt, and confused. My best advice is if you are struggling. Trust yourself, and don't be scared like I was to try something else. Especially when you know you deserve better. Anyone struggling mentally deserves better than the care that is provided here.
