Arthur and the entire staff are incredibly personable, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment you walk in, they take the time to listen, explain each step of the process, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported during every visit. Arthur is especially outstanding--knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. You can truly tell he wants the best outcome for his patients, and that level of dedication makes such a difference. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating a positive and encouraging environment that actually makes physical therapy something to look forward to. I am extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness they show every patient. If you're looking for a physical therapy clinic where you're treated like a person--not just an appointment--I highly recommend ATI Physical Therapy in McKinney (University) and Melissa.

I left with pain in my good hip after the ridiculous exercises that were guessed on the fly. The final straw was they had the front receptionist add deep heat. She sat down the electric connections to be plugged in to ?? She put the heat pack in the wrong area. Then someone else (another hand off) to set a timer. They left. The timer went off for almost 5 minutes before they returned. I will never go back there.

Dr. Tyler and his team are just incredible! This is only the 3rd chiropractor that I've ever seen…read morein my life. I left the first one in more pain than when I went in. The second was absolutely no help and was a joke, tbh. Upon moving to McKinney, ChiroConcepts was the initial chiropractor I went to after a car accident that I was in. The amount of questions they asked me about my specific pains was surprising and I swear it felt the questions just went on and on, but in a good way because the questions being asked, I've NEVER been asked those questions before and the descriptions creepily described exactly how I was feeling. Because of the accident, they went through a RANGE of measurements. Again, shocking to me. They took X-Rays and started me on some "feel good treatment". After the first treatment of the back rolling table (this is heaven to me, btw) to relax my back muscles, Dr. Tyler went through my X-Rays with me. The other place said 24-48 hours, maybe 72 to get the X-Rays back. Chiro Concepts did it in minutes. Doc got me on the table and got to popping. He said, "remember this area in your neck on the X-Ray? Here it comes..." *crack* I had to go to another chiropractor after the initial time and fought like hell to get back in to Chiro Concepts. I look forward to coming here. I try to pop my lower my back on my own and so far, it's never failed that it pops on its own right before Dr. Tyler does it and it feels soooooooooo good. I swear, I feel so much better every time I leave here. Every massage I've ever had has always been to try to get my lower back and it just never got all the way better. This is what I was missing the whole time. This place is literally changing my life because I'm able to do things again without pain. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!

First with family and once I became an adult, on my own working the physical hard jobs along the way. Finally a partial leg amputation, which was included with a complete new hip on one side, and a complete lumbar reconstruct, I really felt that my active & traveling life was over. I had trouble just trying to stand and when I did I could only manage a few minutes at a time. Getting out of bed was an extreme chore. I couldn't even sit long as it was just as uncomfortable in most instances. I slept very little because of much pain. i don't use synthetic drugs, so just imagine what kind of pain I had. This was after all two major surgeries to under go after 60. Someone recommended Physical Therapy of Melissa to me as it was sure that I would need it. From the start they took great care of me. Much respect to Dr. Cole and Rebecca, Natalia and Jules(nickname) up front. She's a doll in every good sense of the word. I was so depressed before going there. They were so expert and professional. They masterfully motivated me where no one else was able to. I got my life back because of it. It took some hard work on my part. I became determined not to let life just leave me in the dust because they showed me at PT of Melissa that I still had some fight left in me. My sincerest thanks to them all. You're all the greatest. Writing this review wasn't easy because I've had positive experiences with many of the staff here…read more I was disappointed for a couple of reasons. First, I accidentally wrote down the wrong appointment time and arrived 15 minutes late. I understand having policies for no-shows and late arrivals, but being charged a fee for an honest mistake was a tad disappointing. More importantly, while I think the healthcare providers here are extremely knowledgeable i often left feeling like my concerns weren't fully taken seriously. Confidence and expertise are important but so is listening to patients when they feel something isn't right. Sometimes a little more digging is required Because my symptoms continued, I decided to seek care at a different office, and I'm thankful I did. What I had been dealing with appears to have developed into something much more serious. I can't say whether earlier intervention would have changed the outcome, but it has made me wonder if my concerns should have been looked into more closely from the beginning. I'm sharing this in the hope that it encourages providers to listen carefully to their patients. Feeling heard and taken seriously can make a significant difference in a patient's experience and, potentially, their care.

However…read morethis morning when I arrived I realized I did not have my insurance card and was told they could not reach out on my behalf, no problem. After searching through emails and being unable to locate any information for them I asked if I could call my pharmacy and get the info from them since I knew they had just used it to fill a script for me, they said sure try it. After getting them the info I was then told that I'd need to reschedule as I was past my appointment time and I'd also have to pay $40 for missing today's appointment...all while standing in their office the entire time. This is my annual and it also requires me to fast overnight and they did not have another early morning appointment available for the reminder of this month and I told them my insurance expires at the end of the month. I've never had a front desk be so completely unwilling to work with me on something like this and this was with me actually being INSIDE their office, when I begged if there was anything they could do the receptionist told me I was one min late to my 8:15am appointment and I should have arrived earlier....I told her I came straight from dropping my children off at school and am a single mom...she still didn't care, I even asked why she didn't being this up while I stood there on the phone, I could have cash paid for the office visit and given them insurance for running tests....she just shrugged and said it was their policy. I never post reviews but this was over the top for me and her lack of empathy was unreal. I will unfortunately be finding a new doctor after this experience.
