Dr. Miller has a very easy going and gentle personality..., which is intangibly important to me and my wife! My initial reason for seeing him was due to my left shoulder causing me pain. Ironically, I had a skiing accident that resulted in a tear of my MCL just prior to seeing Dr. Miller initially. After an MRI, he treated the MCL tear and shoulder pain with PT initially and didn't rush me into making a surgical decision. In addition, he gave me a cortisone shot for the shoulder which released the pain. The MCL healed nicely without any further procedure being required; however after 6 months the shoulder did get worse due to a separate but freak accident, so we decided that surgery was the only option that would relieve the pain permanently. This was the best decision, because the arthroscopic procedure revealed a massive tear of the supraspinatus which required 6 anchors instead of the normal 4 to reattach it properly. The entire experience has been outstanding and thankfully, the pain has been minimal. You can probably tell I really think the world of Dr. Miller and would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care mostly because of his extensive experience and thorough approach.

All the positive reviews across multiple platforms made me think this would be a good decision. We were able to be seen within a few days but at our visit, everything went downhill fast and we won't be returning. First off, the front desk ladies were wonderful. They're super kind and cordial and they're the only positive thing about this whole experience. Once in the room, the nurse took a look at my husband's wrist, confirmed my suspicion that it was a ganglion cyst, and said they could slap a bible on it. We laughed thinking she was kidding as she left the room. Then, the doctor, after a strange first encounter that I'll get into in a sec, came in and said the same thing. Um, no. I do not want you taking a "soft bible" and whacking my husband's wrist. You can get blood poisoning by popping a cyst like that and we aren't living in archaic (or ahem, biblical) times. After dismissing that option, he said he could cut it out or drain it and left that decision to us with no advice beyond the success rate. Typically, doctors give their impression on what's the best, medically necessary course of action. We didn't get that. He just seemed like he wanted to beat the blood of Jesus into his wrist and call it a day. The treatment plan was less than desirable but his first impression when he entered the room was worse. It's very off-putting when the doctor stands in the doorway, stares at me, stares at my husband, and then says, "y'know you can take those things [masks] off..." We're aware, but no thanks. There was no "hello" or "how are ya," and as my husband later put it on the car ride home, this doctor "didn't want anything to do with us" based on his demeanor. If you're looking for real medical advice and treatment, look elsewhere. I can't fathom how this guy has so many positive reviews if this is how we treats people and their medical issues.

They explicitly said that by paying the higher co-pay, that I was ensuring I would not come further out of pocket, and if anything would receive a refund. Then months later, i find out they were incorrect and my insurance was applying both co-pays, and that it was their mistake for not making me aware of this possibility. Now I owe them an additional $35 per visit, on top of the $55 I had already paid them. I'm glad I didn't go for as many visits as they were recommending (pushing in a salesy way) because then I would owe them so so much money as I did not find out about their misleading representations until much later. It's absolutely not worth $90 out of pocket (on top of the hundreds they bill my insurance) for a 15 minute visit where all that happens is the doctor massages my arm for 5 mins and then talks to me about dogs the other 10. I feel like I got swindled here and I will never go back.

My volleyball playing daughter had complained about knee pain off and on for a few weeks so I finally took her in. Dr. Hofman was amazing and was able to get to the root of the problem and together with Rob developed a quick and effective treatment plan. Fast forward a few weeks later and my daughter began having foot pain in the middle of a tournament. From the start, Dr. Adams did not show much patience or empathy. He looked at the wrong x-ray twice (from a previous injury), never examined or touched my foot during either appointment, and dismissed the severity of my pain and bruising. I was specifically told not to put weight on my ankle for three weeks, but at the follow-up he ridiculed me for still being on crutches, leaving me feeling belittled and confused. Because my pain continued, I sought a second opinion with Dr. Joseph Vineyard at the Carrell Clinic. He performed a thorough exam, ordered proper imaging, and found additional injuries -- including a Lisfranc injury and another fracture -- that explained my pain and required physical therapy. Without that second opinion, I likely would have had lasting complications. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Adams. If you feel your pain is being dismissed, I strongly encourage getting a second opinion.

I guess I'm used to waiting forever at the doctor's office, so this was a surprising change. Dr. Early and his staff were efficient, honest, and kind with their diagnosis and treatment. They recommended conservative measures for 6 weeks, ultimately against surgery, and spoke slowly and in terms I could understand easily. I told him and his assistant about another doctor I had seen and about the other doctor's recommended course of treatment, and Dr. Early was very knowledgable about why that wouldn't have been the best course. I definitely felt like I was in excellent hands in the entire time and would highly recommend him!

I checked in and as I was starting to fill out paperwork, I was called back. I was barely able to finish my paperwork when a tech collected me for x-rays. I waited less than 5 min to see Dr McNutt which I'm sure that was only due to him waiting to review my x-rays. He politely introduced himself and quickly examined my arms' mobility. Immediately he determined the source of my injury, gave me a shot of some sort to relax the inflamation. He prescribed physical therapy and sent me on my way. It was an amazingly fast visit and a huge relief that he diagnosed my issue as I was suffering for months just hoping it was basic soreness that would go away.
