According to the star-descriptions, I'd have to go with two: "I've experienced better," but that was long ago and far away. If you come in to have your glasses adjusted or a nose-pad replaced or to get a free refill of your glasses-cleaning fluid, this Vista store deserves five stars: the staff is friendly and courteous, and they do all the little things very well. But I have had years' worth of problems with new glasses from Vista, both this store and the Klamath Falls store: it seems that the lab does not follow the prescriptions all that carefully and sometimes put lenses in the frames so carelessly that one sees double, etc. With the prevalence of much, much cheaper glasses from online vendors (the quality of their glasses and services varies alarmingly), Vista prices seem very high. The frames selection is limited. And, if you ask a glasses-related question that is challenging to one employee who works at this store, the employee will give you an easy but not necessarily truthful answer or will defend the product instead of exploring the problem your question addresses. On the other hand, the manager of this Vista store is courteous, helpful, interested, and very competent. I guess it all boils down to what you're at the store for and who waits on you. read more
