UPDATE:
Just got a letter from Bodman, insisting I stop Slandering him. Copy of letter here: "Slander. You have made false charges about service, satisfation and products from our office to your insurance company (VSP), your credit card company and the Oregon Board of Optometry. All three of these entities found in our favor after your complaint."

VSP's Supervisory folks admitted to me on Wednesday afternoon that they indeed made errors; saying they would REFUND me 100% for THEIR MISTAKES in this matter, IF they could, but due to the convoluted contractual agreements between Medicare (thru Regence in my case), their hands are tied. Patton gave me a brand new Case #, and promised to help get all this worked out in the "back offices" between all entities... and so did Medicare Fraud, tell me the same thing, that they are putting an Accelerated Status on this VALID COMPLAINT ... so I suggest you Cease & Desist sending ME any more "warnings" (oooh I'm so scared of you now oooh)
DOCTOR BODMAN: I AM MAKING TRUTHFUL STATEMENTS. AMERICANS ARE ALLOWED TO SPEAK THE TRUTH ABOUT AWFUL CONDUCT OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND SALESPEOPLE. (You forgot to check off all those boxes where else I landed Legitimate Complaints online the other day - Check Yelp, too, please.)
One other Business tried to intimidate me in this same manner, here in Brookings, in 2016, threatening legal action when HE was CLEARLY in the wrong. He could not slap a lien on my property when I paid that contract in full up front.
And you WON'T stop me from making valid complaints. Publically, don't forget, I told Medicare/Regence, as well as Medicare Fraud Division, which as of Wednesday around 4pm PST, has been checking all this out.
I suggest YOU send me a check.
Oregon Dept of Justice Consumer Affairs already told me that they could not wait to get their hands on this case, as your treatment of me exacerbated my PTSD, that your office and YOU were/are aware of. I will be also reporting this abuse elsewhere ... You come after me legally, and you will pay Damages to me over this. I have it all documented thru my long-standing PTSD Therapist.
I definitely don't need you to forward my records anywhere, as your recordkeeping is likely as shoddy as is the care you are providing, by NOT ENSURING Lenses back from VSP Labs match what you wrote the damn prescription for. And when a customer repeated asks for a refund, but to so many lenses going through frames, rendering them useless to any other Optician (I have Costco in my hip pocket on that)... OF COURSE you are to BLAME!
Now, Write this crap off thru your business insurance, whatever portion VSP is free & clear of (frame damage, they might bear some responsibility, there, as well). One other time I had tried to use my own frame for many new Rxes, and only 2 new Rxes were allowed thru those. At that time, it was explained to me that Lenses can only be changed out and run thru same frames up to 4 times. Usually only 3. Surely, your office keeps to current standards! Though some of your equipment did appear to me to be outdated, based on more thorough exams I have been thru at Kaiser and at Costco in the past 7 years. Been an eyeglass wearer over 40 years, and I told Karie Gonzales, that I have NEVER been told to "just try them out, you have to get used to them" ... every other optician I have every been to, makes sure the Patient can actually see out from the lenses.
Costco said the ridges rolled where lenses get inserted.
VSP rendered these useless.
You're the front line. You owe me $1,078.25 ... Check in the Mail by Monday, k? Make DOJ have an easier job, so we don't waste Oregon Taxpayer Dollars on this Investigation any more than we have to, k?
Work out the details of who owes who what for which mistake, and don't forget the part about Karie Gonzales contributing to at least 3 sets of frames where she mis-measured all my Pupil points in all 4 of the frames.
