When I returned home it was delightfully cool and comfortable! I went with a High quality Lennox 4 ton. There was one issue, I am super picky and the thermostat was not perfectly level. The Part arrives, Technician is schedule to come by, I asked to please notify upon arrival, for me to be present. When i get home, I learned the Technician had left and was unable to repair because the part was incorrect. I cancelled everything, i did not like the fact of not being notified upon arrival, ( as Asked), waited a week and half for a wrong part supposedly not local and later to find out by the Deileen it was local. Luis and Jose along with a 3rd technician completed the installation in a timely manner and left area ( driveway & air handler area upstairs )cleaner than they found it.
