After reading the reviews, we decided to go against what we had heard, because we liked the guy we first met with, BLAKE. The new management that took over is not even comparable. The barn was DISGUSTING when we first arrived on Friday to set up, and our entire family cleaned the place SPOTLESS...we brought our own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, because there were none...we also had to rent extra tables and bring our own chairs! And they still aren't going to give us our entire deposit back, because they claim there were items missing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, PLEASE! No response on Tuesday after telling her I will pick them up Wednesday. Today, Thursday morning she has blocked me both on her personal page and business page. She has added so much stress to my wedding day by flaking. Unprofessional & Rude are the kindest words I can think of this woman. Do not let the few good reviews fool you, as she can and will stoop this low and does not care about ruining your event. Its time to hire some people to help you with your business if you're "too busy" to run it. You should be ashamed of yourself. First of all I did not have to pay for the room that I used for the small gathering held for my father's brother and sisters to come together after my father's funeral. The Loves were aware of the passing of my father as well as the passing of my mother in March 2020 and that there passing was less than a year apart. The Loves generously offered the use of one of their event room to me free of charge. When they allowed me to bring a few of my father's family together it meant the world to me. With that being said they gave me complete control of the heat which I had set at 70 degrees however I didn't have the heat on in the hallway leading outside. As that being the case when the door was left open a slight draft came into the room until the door was closed. As for the soap dispenser in the men's bathroom it was working just fine in the beginning so at some point it must have gotten broken and it wasn't brought to my attention if it had been it would have been taken care of right away because the Loves were just a phone call away and ready to assist in any way they could. As for the parking lot not being plowed Chris helped me to clear out 25 parking spaces with shovels which he did not have to do but his loving and caring heart promoted him to do so without hesitation and they were not being paid for anything. I want to say that I have been at a few events at Love Events and every time the level of service was truly outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone I want to say again thank you Chris and SeBrina for all your love and support that you gave to me and my family you both have such loving and caring hearts and thank you Chris for the prayer.

The inside of the chic barn had white washed wooden wall, lights around the trusses, several crystal chandeliers, a fireplace and cute bar area. The property the barn sits on is large and spacious. It would make for an amazing outdoor wedding ceremony or event! In addition to being an adorable venue, the staff was very friendly! I loved my experience at Crystal Coop and can't wait to go back!
