We got to test them out before we selected the one we wanted. Mind you they are made to order, so for the most part you find one they don't have it in stock at the store. If you are lucky they might, but most of them are made to order. They tell you 4-6 weeks, but 1 of our 4 was shipped out the very next day! 2 more shipped out a week later. I am still waiting on 1, but that is because I selected one pillow for a slide sleeper and it was different from the other 3. I love our Avocado Green pillow because we are able to stuff it to the firmness we wanted with the extra fill it comes with. You can choose from standard or side-sleeper. It is so pretty inside I was inspired! Now to go get the stuff to change my room! On the way out...don't forget to ask for a cup of Kombucha or Cold Brew. It was yummy! None of which has been helpful and has only complicated the process. This whole experience started off negative from my first store visit. I arrived 20 minutes before closing which got me an icy reception. There were maybe 5 employees there and it was clear that nobody was happy about me walking in. Their demeanor was so confusing I even asked if they were closed, even though I checked the hours. Had they asked they would've known I was just there for a quick pickup but after seeing there were no pillowcases in stock I had to approach the group that were just sitting there staring into their laptops. So one of them placed my order online and lo and behold it's the wrong size. This is just the beginning of it, if the company wants to "investigate" they can refer to my back & forth emails with Aura, who I'm not even sure is an actual human. My pillow is still naked.

The one in particular who showed me the pillows literally took out at least ten different brands and types for me to try. I tested each one and found the one with the firmness but give that I was looking for. I have now been using the pillow for the last two weeks and am in heaven! I also got a silk pillowcase for the pillow. It is dreamy to sleep on and I don't wake up with bad hair days any more ;-) The location is right next door to Harry's Coffee Shop on Girard, (across the street from Von's). Convenient free parking lot behind the store. I didn't have time to shop their linens but what I saw looked beautiful. They also carry organic and luxury mattresses. I'll definitely be back!

We tried two mattresses and selected a soft/firm mattress type, where it doesn't sink much when sitting/dangling legs off the side. It was perfect for our young son's first bed! The best part was it was same day delivery and we saved on delivery by paying cash.
