The good. Prices are decent, lots of good items and relatively clean. The bad. No exceptions to use the restroom. I have an unpredictable condition and often need to use a restroom when out. It is debilitating. I had to walk around the corner to use a restaurants restroom. This was embarrassing and unnecessary. I understand not letting certain customers use the restroom. It should be the staffs discretion. I asked the cashier if I was disabled in a visible manner would she let me use the restroom. She said yes. But since my disability isn't visible and I appear able bodied I wasn't allowed. read more

Another great place to thrift in the centralia and chehalis area! This is my favorite location of the two there are around here. It's cleaner, and just more nicely kept than the downtown location. There are always carts available. The prices seem about the same between both locations, with some stuff being a bit of an eye roll. But I just set them down and wait to see if they're still around when the next color tag sale starts. And often I can get them for half price :) so it all works out in the end. The staff is overall generally nice, even if not as personable as the other location. The clothing could really use a new and lower pricing structure though. I only scan them and usually find myself remembering why I don't take more time looking through the clothes here. read more

I loved VNTS! Fair prices, & unique selection! Friendly & helpful staff! From clothes to collectibles we made a few purchases here, & really loved wandering around this little gem! I'm sure there is more to it than just vintage & antique buys as they sell (I believe new?) medical supplies as well. Never know what you will find in this store. Many vintage items, at reasonable prices. Nice staff and quick check out. This is now one of our stops when we are in town. Worth the time to shop here. 4 stars as they need a larger parking lot! read more

I would give a zero if I could. The last couple of times I tried to donate, they were rude. And wouldn't take my donation because that part is closed even though there's a big sign that they are open. I'm done. I will throw away perfectly good items because no-one wants them. There are people who need help who could use these. I will never donate, shop, or ever recommend them to anyone. read more

The staff and leadership at the Visiting Nurses Thrift stores are excellent, this isn't your everyday thrift store. Very clean, professional locations and lots of great finds! Love their mission of funding Home, Health & Hospice Care as well. read more

I visit from out of town (3 hrs away) and visit every time we are in town, a couple times a year. I went yesterday and spent an hour and a half shopping a found probably 10 or 12 things. When I got to the counter I found out not only could you not try the clothes on but they would only give an in store credit, no refunds! I was so upset I walked out. How customer friendly is that? I owned a retail store for 6 years and it's suppose to be about customer service. When I went back the next day and asked if they could make an exception, told them I could bring stuff back in an hour, nope, no exceptions! I'd rather support the small guys but if they don't want my business I guess I'll have to give it to Goodwill because at least I have a local one to use my store credit at!! read more

I don't usually enjoy going to antique or thrift stores, but my mom likes them so I occasionally go with her. I actually like this thrift store. They usually have a pretty decent book section and CD section, which is what I am mostly interested in. The ladies that work here are always friendly and cheerful, which is very nice. It's fairly clean, unlike Goodwill in Centralia. It worth the extra ten minutes of driving from the freeway to go the the Visiting Nurses thrift store. Check it out! read more
