The staff and volunteers have been wonderful, professional, helpful, and eager to get the patient exactly what she needs 24/7 In particular we have been impressed with my sisters nurse, Susan, who is the consummate professional. She is compassionate and one of those rare professionals who is a good listener. "Being heard" is the greatest gift one can give to a hospice patient. I don't know all the names of other staff, but everyone I have met has been compassionate, helpful, patient, and kind. If you or a loved one seek Hospice Care, Chandler Hall is first rate. I highly recommend Serenity for home hospice care.

Robbed us of time. Also came in one morning to find her lying in a pool of her own urine. Inexcusable. Having said that, the staff including nurses were lovely and hard working, though they obviously need to check on patients more frequently overnight. My issues are more with the management's philosophy on hospice care and the lack of an individual treatment plan for my loved one. The goal of hospice shouldn't be to accelerate or facilitate death. Each case and treatment need to be accessed on an individual basis.
