Of course, there were isolated individuals that did not perform up to their standards but these few did not erase the positive impact of every other staff member, supervisor or manager that provided hands-on care. Their Physical Rehab area has Therapists that are not only caring but actually work with you to ensure you gain physical strength and balance as safely and quickly as possible. They also Listen to patients requests and go that extra length to make your session both pleasing and productive; something that I found almost nonexistent at other facilities. A major plus is that the nurse supervisors/managers will and do perform duties ordinarily done by others of lower title (even aides' duty) when the need arises; they are real professionals.

The ignorance and attitude given to customers SPECIFICALLY by CHRISTINA (who is literally a nobody that answers phone calls) is unbelievable. She will raise her voice and get pretty barbaric over questions (she's a know it all that answers phone for a living). I have seen Laura a handful of times now and I can say with certainty, I feel much better. I have…read morehad chronic neck pain for years and have tried it all (PT, chiropractor, steroid injections, and massage) and end up with out a cure. A friend of mine highly recommended Laura so I gave it a try and after the first session, I got up and was able to walk around with no pain (slight soreness which Laura said to expect, which only lasted that day). I can't describe the feeling of being in pain for so long, trying literally everything , with no improvement... and then finally after one session, feeling the relief I felt. Thank you Laura! I had no idea this treatment style of acupuncture existed. Laura treats by releasing trigger points called dry needling. I've had acupuncture before but not like this. Highly recommend seeing the magical Laura asap!

I have been in PT for years now, but have continued to experience ongoing discomfort. Google is usually a no-no for me when it comes to researching health issues, but in this instance I'm happy that I did it since it led me to considering acupuncture. I visited Laura's practice for the first time a month or so ago and already notice the difference. During my first visit, Laura asked me a ton of questions. I feel like most doctors focus on the one thing that brings you in, but Laura really took a holistic approach in trying to understand my general health. It's been refreshing to work with someone who seems to genuinely care about my well-being and who is invested in helping me -- even with random things that I otherwise would have not thought to mention at an acupuncture appointment. Outside of my hip and pectoral pain, I also experience chronic lethargy, joint stiffness and nasal congestion. I never considered my diet as a potential factor, but with Laura's guidance have cut out dairy. Turns out dairy is an inflammatory, which can lead to some of those smaller ailments I've been dealing with. I'm really happy that I gave acupuncture a shot. Generally, I feel a lot better and it's nice to have Laura as someone I can trust to consult me on my health. Her office plants have also inspired me to become a plant mom!

They are also flexible and will work with you if there is a scheduling conflict or issue. Don't come in without a mask... it is clearly posted on the door & you will be politely asked to put one on! I have been doing physical therapy here for almost 3 months now & have met almost all the therapists at this facility. Everyone is always pleasant and says hello. I have never seen anyone with an attitude or grumpy or snappy when speaking to anyone. And also, since the age of the patients is usually older than many of the employees, I have never heard anyone (including myself) spoken to in a condescending way. Every therapist follows the assigned program, with slight variations based on ability & tolerance, & progress. They all seem to be genuinely caring, and take time to ask questions & listen to each person's concerns. I have never been pushed so far as to result in pain or injury. A couple of times I had an issue with low blood sugar. I was never made to feel like I had to rush & get myself together, which I greatly appreciated. I was shown kindness & care. The atmosphere is very clean, workout friendly and uplifting with various playlists in the background. The equipment is usually wiped down by an employee right after a client's use. Everything is orderly, and the site can accommodate numerous clients. I would definitely recommend this business to others, and return!
