Upon walking in, everything is clean, organized, masks, and hand sanitizer stations, in multiple areas of the building, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative. The doctor I got.. I am so sorry, but I forgot his name, but he drew out my problem for me, took the time to draw it out! so I knew what was going on with my skin! and that was the first time in my life a doctor was like that with explaining my eczema, and spoke to my ADHD. Seeing it drawn out and explained like that, made so much sense, after 25 years of eczema. VERY informative, and professional. His diagnosis, and what he prescribed to me, helped me within 24 hours! Donna had not been feeling well but kept putting off seeing a doctor, but on March 7, I drove her to Urgent Care because of her high heart rate - the medical term called Tachycardia - and a painful rash that had developed overnight. At reception, we were told it would be a three-hour wait, but on hearing Donna's heart rate was over 100 beats a minute, the receptionist called in a Physician's Assistant, who immediately took us in to an exam room. The PA was professional and knowledgeable. As she did the routine checks, she answered all our questions and put us both at ease. Dr. Charlotte Gardner came in to talk to Donna and examine her. Dr. Gardner quickly determined that Donna was suffering from shingles, and said if we had waited one more day to come in, it would have been too late for antivirals to have any effect. The antivirals cannot cure shingles but do help to lessen the severity of symptoms. Donna was told to stay home for 7 to 10 days and continue with the prescribed medication. Thank goodness for the skilled care and attention we received at Samaritan Urgent Care in Corvallis.

Came here for some shots in my back from Doc Rask. The…read morefront counter lady's were super nice as my wife and came in to check in. They got me back at my scheduled time for my appt. The Nurses in the back area were very nice and took good care of me. They took time to explain everything in great detail. Which was nice, cause no one is excited to get shots in their back. The Doc came and greeted me and then went back to doing what he was and then I saw him again in the surgery room. He got me up on the table and did his job and all went very well. I was in and out just like that and feeling better almost right away. I cant say enough good stuff about this place and its staff and Doc Rask. I do wish the Doc would reel in the staff at his clinic tho. He is so kind and seems so down to earth for a Doc, and they over there are running people off. which makes him loose customers. Good Doctors are hard to find, he should surround them self's with good staff. He is awesome but his support staff is very rough.
