My husband booked a flight to Korea due to my father-in-law's critical health condition. The…read morerepresentative who initially helped him, Olivia, was extraordinarily kind, and we had a pleasant experience in the beginning. However, our nightmare began when my husband received an incorrect message from Delta Air stating that the flight was delayed by 4 hours. When we arrived at the airport based on the reported delay, we realized the original flight had never been delayed and had already departed. This caused my husband to miss his flight to Korea, a very urgent family trip. Seoul Travel International has an emergency number, which initially made them seem reliable. (We contacted their after-hours number to verify the delay.) However, after leaving a detailed message asking to confirm the delay, no one contacted us or called back. When we called back during normal business hours (around 10 a.m.), the owner of the travel agency displayed a complete lack of humanity and insulted my husband, sarcastically calling us "so smart" for relying on the Delta system message instead of going to the airport despite the reported delay. When we pointed out that no one responded to our after-hours emergency call, he bluntly and falsely stated that we hadn't left a text message, even though their email never mentioned text messaging as an option. The owner also stated that they had no reason to assist us or bother to care, and that we had no choice but to rebook our ticket, whatever Delta Air demanded. He even specifically said that if the rebooking cost thousands of dollars more, we would have no choice but to pay it ourselves because it was our fault for relying on the Delta Air message. Luckily, without any help from Seoul Travel International, my husband was able to rebook for the next day without any additional cost, and he arrived only a day later than planned. This travel agency, especially the owner, was incredibly rude and insulted my husband, making us feel even worse with his inappropriate, sarcastic comments like "sooooo smart." I will never use this travel agency or recommend this horrible place because of their rude treatment of customers.

This tour takes you to a lot of places in Midtown that I would've never seen before but now I want to experience these places as well. I've never been to Piedmont Park and I will be going back to visit. But the tour guy was amazing. He knew a lot on the tour and I will say he knew all of our names. It's hard to learn one person's name, but having to learn that seven people that were on the tour and being correct every time it was impressive. They give you a helmet and teach you from the beginning how to ride, slow down, come to fast stop so you are comfortable before you even start the tour. I absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. I highly recommend you take this tour if you're ever in Atlanta.

This is my first and only negative review. It takes a lot for me to do this. We had a very…read moredisappointing experience with this company. Our group of four booked a Segway tour weeks in advance and arrived as scheduled, only to be told upon arrival that the tour could not proceed because their tour guide was unavailable that day. We were informed that they had attempted to notify us the day prior, while we were in transit, but no meaningful effort was made to ensure we actually received that message. A voicemail was left while in transit that only gave the name of the person to call back. We did respond message the company back but no message of details was sent to us. There was no information given us that the tour had been cancelled and there was no effort by the company to call us back this morning to indicate the tour was canceled. Instead this company allowed us to show up. When we showed up this morning, the office was dead quiet. The one staff easily could've contacted us before we arrived, to have allowed us to make alternate plans. As a result, we showed up expecting a confirmed booking. While an apology and refund were offered, that is the minimum one would expect in this situation. There was no attempt to find a replacement guide or propose an alternative solution, despite the significant inconvenience caused. What was most concerning, however, was how the situation was handled. As we calmly discussed next steps among ourselves, we were unexpectedly told that we were making the staff member, Sammi, "uncomfortable". Despite the fact that even though we were highly disappointed we remained polite and measured. We were then asked to leave, and the door was locked behind us, which felt offensive as well as entirely unwarranted given our demeanor. She should've called us that morning and if anything that would possibly be why she was uncomfortable because of her own mistake. Our disappointment was warranted and we were not in any way aggressive, moreover never have any of us been called that. It's preposterous that her mistake, resulting in our disappointment and regrouping could be attributed with making her uncomfortable. She could have a higher tolerance for customers and customer service vs blaming validly disappointed customers for frustration which she caused. We are reasonable, respectful customers and simply expected clear communication and a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here. I would not recommend relying on this business if your plans depend on them.
