From the moment I booked my trip to the time I arrived at the resort, I was provided with all the information needed informing me of what to expect, type of clothing to wear for the hot climate, and events/activities we would have. I had a butler that took care of my dinner reservations, kept my room stocked with my fav beverages/snacks, and reached out every day to make sure I was good or if I needed anything. The food was excellent, as well as the resort activities. I just came back from Ibiza with the Travel Divas and the trip was amazing! Everything was planned out so well! It was a great mixture of ages,all the ladies were amazing! We ate good just about every day they OVER FED us lol! The itinerary was the perfect amount of go and relax! Staying at the Hard Rock was perfect too as it was off the strip and in the middle of major attractions. The attention to detail and how everything went according to plan was great! Trip 3/21/24-3/25/24 Discrepancy with the room reservation. Contrary to the agreed-upon booking at the Hideaway at Royalton Luxury Resorts (Adults-Only All Inclusive) https://www.royaltonresorts.com/resorts/hideaway, I was provided accommodation at the Royalton St. Lucia Luxury Resorts (Family Friendly All Inclusive) instead https://www.royaltonresorts.com/resorts/st-lucia. This change was not communicated to me prior to my arrival and significantly impacted the nature and purpose of my stay. Furthermore, the room I was assigned was at the Royalton St. Lucia Luxury Resorts (Family Friendly All Inclusive) instead https://www.royaltonresorts.com/resorts/st-lucia , and this did not meet the specified booking requirements. Instead of the double queen beds intended for roommate match use (Roommate Match package I selected / pre-paid in advance) , the room was furnished with a single king bed, more suitable for couples married or in an intimate relationship. This oversight created discomfort and inconvenience between myself and my roommate during our stay. As we had to choose between one person sleeping in the room with the king bed and the other in the living room on the sofa. Secondly, the accommodations were not met for the higher premium priced "swim out suite" (Diamond Club Luxury Jr. Swim Out Suite package with the ocean view I selected / pre-paid). We were placed on the 5th floor, over looking the family friendly kids pool. In addition to the room allocation issues, I encountered a disturbing situation with the cleanliness and quality of the accommodation. Upon settling in, my roommate and I discovered bugs infesting the living room floor and sofa. Holes in the curtains. The soaking tub had black particles floating in the water when I tried to use it to bath. This unsanitary condition was not only unacceptable but also raised concerns about the overall maintenance and hygienic standards of the property. Moreover, I must highlight a significant delay in the transportation services provided by St. Lucia Airport Shuttle. The transportation from the airport to the resort, which was expected to take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, extended to a disappointing duration of 3 hours. The driver made personal stops and his reckless driving behavior caused me to request that he pull over as I had to vomit from the motion sickness it caused. This prolonged journey inconvenienced all passengers and was a clear deviation from the agreed-upon itinerary. I trust that you understand the gravity of these issues and the impact they have had on my travel experience (Premier Travel One DBA: Travel Divas). As a result of the breaches in our contract and the substandard services provided, I respectfully request a full refund for the booking made through your agency. I believe that a refund would be a fair resolution to compensate for the inconveniences and disappointments faced during this trip. It was great. This was my first trip with travel divas and it was their first Senegal trip. I did not give 5 stars for the 2 below reasons below. -There was confusion over tipping at restaurants. In the beginning I gave tip that I would not have gave had I known it was already included. Someone was encouraging tip at restaurants. It wasn't listed on the itinerary so that was confusing. I also hate unexpected expenses. -For the clothing dye demonstration, there should have been a setup where everyone got to design their shirts at the same time and have it to take back with them. Only 1 person got to design their shirts. It should have been a demo/hands on class for everyone. Other than the above 2 points, I have no complaints. It was a great trip. I'm back with greetings from Jordan! Overall the trip was a spiritual wonder! The itinerary was well thought out. We covered a lot of ground and visited a lot of historical sites. The city of Petra, The City of Amman, The Dead Sea, Mt. Nebo and several ruin sites. (I wish we did it in reverse ‍). We had expedited service from Atlanta for our flight check-in with Qatar Airlines and also when we left Jordan. It was a considerable amount of walking which I appreciated because they made sure our appetites were satisfied. Some places I went back for seconds. Our hosts, bus driver and tour guide (Mo) were genies and managed to keep our group happy, safe and mostly on time, . They executed all of the cultural experiences and ensured everyone's comfort level was respected. The fellowship within our group was effortless and barn none! (Pun intended). Traveling with a group of vivacious African-American women added another layer of joy to the experience. Many of us bonded through experiences that were once in a lifetime. Most of the accommodations were Diva worthy. What really made my trip was my roommate. They matched me with the perfect person! I walked away with a true friend and mother figure! There is so much to say about Felicia Carpenter and Monica Brown, our Egypt 2025 2 Travel Hosts. Their warm welcome set the tone for our adventure. My overall rating for Travel Divas would be "Good". I appreciate what the founder and her team has been able to do when it comes to exposing women to various places and spaces across the world. The model is made for "worry free" travel. However, this was my first experience with Travel Divas, and I did not feel as though I had the "Travel Divas/Rich Auntie" experience. I was on the Tokyo 2 trip, and the day after our 12 hour long flight, we were met with a 13 hour bus ride with only maybe 2 hours off of the bus. We were told during stops that lunch and dinner were at our leisure, but with only 1/2 hour stops and street food, it made it very difficult to explore. In addition, by the time that we got back to the hotel, most of the restaurants were closed, making it a challenge to eat dinner. It was quite uncomfortable and not a good way to start the trip out. In fact, there were some divas who I did not see for the rest of the week due to them not wanting to ride the bus anymore. My recommendation would be on long bus trips like this to provide lunch, somewhere. Even a boxed lunch. The hosts were amazing, and this review should not be a reflection of their efforts. The itinerary was a challenge. Most of the sites that we visited were free and open to the public, which was fine. However, I paid nearly $7000 for little to no customization. Day 2 was amazing with the tea ceremony and kimono dressing. The highlight of Day 2 was visiting Team Labs. Out of the six days, Day 2 was the most memorable with the group. In order to gain an authentic Japanese experience, I had to venture out on my own. I did ask some returning members if this trip was a proper representation of Travel Divas, all said, "No". On the strength of their recommendation, I may try TDs in the future on a different trip. However, based on my first impression, it would be difficult for me recommend TDs to friends and family at this time. read more

It is the perfect trip to relax, rest and reconnect with yourself and/or your significant other. This destination is extremely peaceful. Travel Divas provided personalized transportation to/from the resorts in Tahiti and Bora Bora and we did a day trip to MO'OREA via ferry and catamaran. I had a friend that went to Africa with this company and the quality was just terrible. She was allergic to peanuts, disclosed this information to them, and still served it to her in her food. Paid 12k for this trip and the travel accommodations were awful the plane didn't feel safe. I figured since I wrote the initial review on customer service, it was only fair to bring it full circle and review the trip. I want to start off by saying Portugal is lovely! What also needs to be said is that the tour was not at all what was expected by many of us. If you are interested in a historical tour and would love to know more about the architecture and history behind numerous churches, palaces, sacred sites, and that is all you want to do, then you would love this. Having been on previous tours with this group this is not at all what I expected and left somewhat disappointed that I didn't even get to really see the cities that were our home base (Porto & Lisbon). There was little to no time to explore on our own, we spent most of the time on a tour bus. Spent 5 nights in Lisbon (3 in Porto) and didn't get to see it, except for driving through the city to tour somewhere else. We got one free day, which was the last day, and we were all tired by then. No beaches on the itinerary in the middle of summer and the time we spent touring other cities/areas was tightly scheduled so we only got to see what we came to see (church, palace, university, sacred site) and were quickly ushered back to the bus. It was all very rushed. My recommendation is that someone from Travel Divas actually goes to Portugal and does the tour, visiting every city, church, university and palace we went to on the timed schedule we were on, eat at all the restaurants and excursions on the itinerary (some were great and some were not especially the boat cruise), see the hotels (which were fantastic) and make adjustments so that it fits your audience. I would have given this trip two stars but the 3rd star is for the hosts that were fantastic and did their best to work with what they were given and the other travelers were lovely. read more

If you do get a response back you can tell they didn't even bother to read it, based on the generic response you MIGHT receive! For what they charge for trips you would think the customer service would be excellent...BUT ITS NOT!! If Mrs. Early is going to advertise her business as luxury; customer service should be her top priority. Her ENTIRE office staff should go through customer service training!! read more
