Took it home and got it in the light and it was a terrible Job. Called him out on the Job and he said he had only waxed it, not compounded and would do a better job. Had it a week and 2 days to redo job. Picked it up today and he never did anything to it. He scratched the side of the boat and claims it was there. I have have the boat for 12 years and know every scratch on it. I have text where he said he would compound it and yet he didn't. When I took it back, this was the results. The owner took my money despite his customer service rep saying I could get a refund. I called on a Thursday. He asked for my license plate instead of the VIN to "check my sensors." The license plate doesn't give any info....even I know that. He claimed I had no sensors and ordered a windshield for $265. On Saturday, after I drove 30 minutes one way, he said I did have sensors, and the cost would be $295. He demanded a $48 deposit to order the new windshield and that I would have to come back in a week to get it installed. He didn't mention a 3.75% card fee over the phone but forced it on me in person, suggesting Zelle only after I'd paid. Shady business practices. When I got in my car, it smelled like trashy cologne, and the steering wheel was greasy. I asked him what he sprayed in the car and he said nothing. He left the sensor box under the mirror hanging and tried to delay fixing it until my next visit to pressure me into coming back. I insisted he fix it immediately. Come to find out, he glued the sensor box back to my old windshield, and now I will have to buy a new one. I found this out by another business who ended up replacing my glass. Zach did not tell me he broke MY property. When I asked for my deposit back, his rep said I could call him. I called on Monday. He threw a tantrum, yelled at me, interrupted me, called me slurs, and mocked me for asking about the cologne smell. I have migraines and cannot do intense smells. He hung up, saying he didn't need customers "like me." He also badmouthed his very young female employee for telling me I could get a refund. She honestly seemed scared and uncomfortable when he was around. I do not suggest taking small children or women here.

Zero tools ready, zero proper equipment, zero knowledge, and zero concern for a disabled customer who drove there on John's schedule. I scheduled an appointment at Tint World specifically to have my headlights adjusted--the same lights I purchased from them. When I arrived, John, who introduced himself as the owner (not a franchisee), opened the hood and immediately had no idea where the adjustment screw was. I had to point it out to him. He then couldn't find his 10mm socket--it was lying on the floor. When he finally went to turn the screw, I asked if he had a light-measuring device to properly aim the beams. He admitted he didn't.  When I asked how he planned to measure and adjust the beam pattern, he said he didn't know--because the technician who normally handles this wasn't there. He could see how frustrated and confused I was, so he casually told me I was welcome to take my vehicle somewhere else. I explained I didn't want to go elsewhere; I was simply asking how he intended to do the job correctly. He repeated that the proper tech wasn't available. I reminded him that he had set the appointment at his own convenience. Why schedule it if the only qualified person wasn't going to be there?  This was already my second wasted round trip. The shop had empty bays, 2 cars in the parking lot, and only one other tech visible. They weren't busy at all.  The only reason I didn't adjust the screw myself is that I am paralyzed and use a power wheelchair--my hands do not function. John knew this. When I told him I would be posting about this experience, he replied that he didn't care. This isn't just bad service--it's embarrassing for a business that sells and installs lighting products. Customer service should never be this dismissive, especially toward someone with a disability. Not that it should matter to begin with.
