All my prescription are on automatically refill at the local CVS! Instead of getting to the root of my glacouma, Dr Crandle clearly became confrontational and the discomfort was all over her face while giving me this look that I swear to God was pure hate!! Clearly she was offended because I told her I've always been on more than one eye drop from my last doctor because next she smartly said.. "I'll just refer you back to him" Basically kick me out her office for no reason at all! When I tell you her approach was very aggressive from the start believe me it was! I'll take a lie detector test, that's how truthful I'm being right now! This lady don't respect black people and that explain why their isn't one black employee beside a token employee she try to keep as cover up! A young lady name Miss Morris told me before I went here, very young black girl that Dr Crandle was rude to her and now I feel bad for not listening to her!
