Vision Personal Training specialises in personal training. The general program includes 2 x 30 minute sessions a week with a trainer which may either be cardio or weights. You can also pay for more if you want more during the week. They set up an eating program suited to what your goal is eg to lose weight, gain muscle, work on tone etc. You are required to write all meals into the vision diary which is quite easy as they have an app which has most foods on the data base. The idea is not to exceed daily amount of carbohydrates, protein or fats which is set by the trainer according to your goal. You can also use the gym facilities at any time the gym is open and there are numerous classes Monday to Friday at morning and evening to fit in more exercise. Some classes include boxing, burner, strength, bottom line, run club etc. This gym is not "any" gym - it is very personalized and it is like a big family rather than being just another number at a large gym.
