Being a medical provider I am fairly particular when it comes to picking a personal trainer as I want someone well-versed in fitness, nutrition, anatomy and is a kick-ass motivator. That said, I have been more than impressed with Vit as he is conscientious, professional, and encouraging and his additional experience as a chef and a massage therapist only amplify his wealth of knowledge. Vit is meticulous in crafting a realistic workout plan based on your goals and every 6 weeks measurements/weight/vitals are recorded to track your progress--this I find encouraging as I am able to visualize my growth. When training, he is completely focused, cognizant of your body's ability and limits--knowing exactly when/when not to push, and is a stickler on technique.
