Cartwright physical therapy is great. I moved back here in January and have been going back for regular appointments ever since. Tom hooks it up each time. He really takes the time to figure out what your issues are, and doesn't just snap and crack you. Highly recommended. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Tom C.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chiropractic Science, and a Master's degree in Chiropractic, from Macquarie University. I complemented my studies with an extensive program of observation of health professionals working in a range of therapy styles. To date, I am privileged to have observed over 50 practitioners, including physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors in real consultations with patients. This unique experience combined with my current qualifications, and my own experience in practice and at sporting events, has enabled me to fine tune my skills to offer patients a refined and effective brand of physical therapy. As a tennis enthusiast, I have competed regularly in Australian National Ranking Tournaments and I am currently the only qualified chiropractor in Australia to have held a ranking inside the top 500 players. Went here after a neck injury (whiplash)…read more The "treatment" consisted of about 5 minutes of soft tissue work, another 5 with the ultrasound and then the rest of the time with a steampack whilst he attended to the other patient he seemed to always have double booked. I informed him I didn't have medical insurance and could only afford come a couple of times. He was resistant to teaching me more exercises "too early" which I found a bit scammy. I went back twice, but not the third time, after talking to other people about their physio experiences and what to look for. Went to a different physio who was happy to teach it all to me up front, and spent the whole time with me, not switching between patients. A lot happier now and well on the road to recovery. Worth the $80 per visit ($98 for the first)? Not worth it in the slightest, unless its all being paid for by workers comp insurance/motor accident insurance. Even then I think you would be better served find a better physiotherapist who spends the whole time with you.

My mother recommended their services to me and they are undoubtedly popular. You have to book weeks in advance to secure an appointment.
