Once arrived, he was able to identify the problem, which was electrical related, and had the air back on within 30 minutes. He determined that there was no leak of refrigerant at all, but a simple electrical problem. I would highly recommend this organization because they are responsive and they identify the problem and fixed it at a reasonable rate.

She sent over the terms of our agreement and paperwork via e-signature and explained on what to expect since we were financing. She assured us we were not going to be charged until after the job was officially completed. On installation day, Mike and Andrew arrived and worked hard throughout the entire day. The overall price was fair, including the additional crane cost needed to place the unit on the roof. During the installation, they discovered that one of the parts (sensor) was not working properly. Mike assured us that he would not leave until the AC was functioning--and he kept his word. What stood out most was Mike's patience and kindness. After calling Ed at E 320, The Capacitors turned out to be fine, my problem was a cut wire on one of the fan leads.
