The staff are lovely and friendly and it is very central to the town. They have always been helpful if I had ever had a problem with my eyes. I went for a test a few months ago when I got told I needed glasses - I had a quick look around and the prices amazed me for anthing other than a pair of nasty NHS ones I was looking at paying above £150. At that point I decided to take my prescription and leave. I would recommend this opticians if you only want sight checks with them, I wouldn't recommend them for getting glasses from.

So I requested my optician and hopped off to Specsavers. As this was happening, my driving test was in 4 days time. Not only did I manage to get 2 pairs of nice glasses for £100, they also had them ready in time for my driving test which was a godsend as otherwise I would've failed! I have had the glasses a year now and they have lasted well and nothing has gone wrong! I can't praise Specsavers enough.

Customer service told me they would call me when my glasses were ready for collection, but I never received any call or update.When I called again, customer service said they would confirm with their manager. My appointment was at the Bedford branch My wife also got new glasses because I recommended Specsavers to her but now both of us have decided that we will not use Specsavers again From next time we will go to Boots. customer service misled me They recommended two pairs of glasses even though one pair was enough for me. They did this just to make more money. I had to buy two pairs but later I found out that one pair would have been enough. Now I have to pay again for new glasses, and the second pair I bought is wasted You can investigate this with the Bedford branch to see what happened with me. The manager said that you should come, we will do your eye test again and we we dont charge you. But when I went, my eye test wasn not done because they said there is no need to do it again and they also said they wont charge me.

They offer infinite and free cleans for jewellery and it is a family owned business that you should love to support. The inside is so peaceful, calming modern yet traditional at the same time. They provide good mirrors for you to look that and YES,YES,YES,YES they really good and I love them. If you dont get my point, this place is great and I fully recommend. This is a lovely place to shop both for myself and gifts for other people…read more The shop itself is located in Bedford, only a 2 minute walk away from the very centre of Bedford town. It's down a nice quiet little street. Inside the shop it's very modern with lots of well lit glass cabinets. The majority of the jewelery in the shop is white gold and it is all quite modern or has a modern twist to it. My favourite thing in the shop is the Pandora bracelets - it's where I go to get all my charms from it and I always get comments about it! The staff are very helpful in here and will go out of their way to help you ( I even had a charm specially made for me as they didn't do what I wanted). It's not cheap but it is fantastic quality!
