Frame prices seem expensive at first, but the prices are actually very competitive. Once you price the frame out with lenses, they apply a large discount. . I've needed glasses my entire life, and have been just about everywhere. Throughout the years I've noticed that most optical stores are pretty much the same, with a few differences here and there. I find those differences to be:
1) Frame selection
2) Quality of Service
3) Production speed
This is where Vision Clinic shines. The frame selection is huge, and the variety is good. They have you're "budget" frames for people looking for a bargain, and they have the top designers from Armani to Gucci, Jimmy Choo to Bvlgari.
The Service I find is excellent. With previous optical stores, I found if I had a scratched lens, a paint chip on the frame, or an arm broke off, I would have a very difficult time getting my warranty on the broken part. This is not the case with Vision Clinic. They would repair or replace the part at no charge as long as it was under warranty.(usually 1 year at most optical stores, 2 years on higher brands) This is a topic I want to elaborate on. You would be surprised at how many optical stores do not follow through with their warranty's! I always scratch my lenses within the first year, and there has only been a few optical stores out of so many that will actually replace your lens at no charge. This is why I like Vision Clinic. They are all about customer service, and will go that extra mile to make sure you're happy.
Even if you don't see the Doctor at Vision Clinic for an eye exam, bring your prescription to them. Ask to see Sue, the store manager. Tell her "I hear you're the one with all the good deals". Shes such a fun character and will get a good laugh. You'll feel right at home. read more
