When this coffee shop first opened I was highly skeptical of its strip mall location, I just wasn't sure what they would do with the interior. However, they did a fantastic job with the place! WiFi is free, there are plenty of seating areas, enough for several groups to be enjoying the space all at once. My book club meets here and it's nice for the large crowd, it's also a great place to go work for a little. Some of the special menu items are TOP NOTCH! The blueberry honey cloud late especially... SO GOOD. The blackberry cobbler was another great one. Can't wait to see what they do for fall flavors. They do have some wraps and sandwiches, though I wish they had a few more options, especially something a little more fresh. My only other critique is the white couch is kinda gross and has lived its life already Definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

This is a beautiful location and ambiance for coffee and to get work done. The inside is very spacious, there are plenty of charging stations, and the WiFi is fast. Their customer service was great! The staff was fast and friendly, and they made my drink in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the eggnog latte, and it was so good, perfect for the Christmas season. They also have matcha and lotus flights, but they are about $20. It might be worth it since it comes with multiple flavors, and I'm down to try it next time. For a place named "Visible," the only thing NOT visible is their prices. lol. They have pricing for merch and the rented phone booth, but not for their drink or food options. I had to ask the barista one by one what is the price for each size of their matchas. The flight was pretty pricey ($17) whereas their house matcha (16oz) is about $5-6. The flight includes 4oz each of 4 different flavors - house matcha, lavender, coconut, and iced blackberry. My sister in law enjoyed the iced blackberry, while lavender was my favorite. The service was good and drinks came out within a reasonable time. On a Saturday around 11 it wasn't too busy. Love the vibe for working away from home. read more

My daughter got the pesto sammich and said it was so good! The service was awesome--the barista was super nice and made our visit even better by picking out the Lotus flight flavors for us and turning it into a fun little guessing game. Loved it! Every flavor was delicious, my fav was cherry coconut! The matcha flight was also good! Their matcha has that high end taste to it. My favorite was the blueberry! The vibe was perfect for studying--chill music, comfy temp (not freezing like most cafés ), and just a really good atmosphere overall. I love to try new coffee spots on the weekends with my sister and our mom. Unfortunately this was not one we enjoyed. The coffee was very water/milk tasting. No coffee what so ever. We also tried their match which was ok the brown sugar over powdered the matcha. Along with our drinks we had a scone- it was chewy no taste to it and the breakfast wrap was burnt. I went here with my girlfriend since she is about to go on vacation. So we were spending time together for the last time for a week. We chose the couch in the back so we could be close, talk, hug, be respectfully playful, and give some small kisses. Again, last time together for a week. There was no inappropriate touching, no big kisses, and we were dressed respectfully/professionally. But got told to leave because it is a "family" restaurant. So apparently family to them means no showing affection, being playful, or caring for one another. Definitely not a family I want to be a part of. So if you are wanting to go with somebody you love and care about I would say look elsewhere. If you're a robot who doesn't show care, love, or affection then this is the place for you. We love the Visible location in the Mill Creek Town Area, so we were excited they opened a 2nd location nearby. The last few times, Mill Creek had zero seating. This new location has plenty of seating and high ceilings which makes it feel huge. However the two times we went to visit they left the door open and it was chilly outside so it didn't feel very cozy. I had to wear my coat & I was still cold. Please turn up the heat! The music was also extremely loud for some reason. Coffee tastes great, almond croissant was decent but wouldn't get again. Went to this location for the first time today. Only one person behind the counter, and while not swamped, was slightly busy. I ordered a latte and a pastry, and asked for the drink to go. The pastry came out in maybe 5 minutes (they warmed it) and after another 5 minutes my latte was on the counter-but in a ceramic cup. Not what I asked for.... It was super full, so I carefully picked it up to slurp some off the top-and totally burned my tongue! I've probably had at least one latte a day for the last 20 years, and I have never had one SO HOT. They need more than one person running the place. I had an amazing gluten free scone, and I couldn't even tell it was gluten free, so delicious. The seating was comfortable and desk/ table was perfect size for me knocking out a bunch of work on my laptop. The vibe is so relaxing, great music and tastefully designed and decorated. The new Visible Coffee Location is a great addition to the Everett/Mill Creek/Snohomish border. The ambience is fancy, the music is great and the coffee is worth the price. I really like coming to this location. The ambiance is amazing and the service is spectacular. The coffee is not that great but I still really like the company. I've been coming to visible for a number of years, but I wish they had better coffee. Today, I had great service from the barista who was working, so shoutout to him. He is working alone and is insanely busy so I think they need to start scheduling more employees since this location is getting busier. All in all, I will continue to come to visible for the atmosphere and service. read more

While the coffee is acceptable, the service is NOT at the 134th street location. This is the 3rd time going and I was expecting a different better result. Unless you have at the minimum 20-30 min to get your coffee then you should find another place. With only 1 person working (every time I went, around 7-8am, weekdays and weekends) it takes way too long. I was the second person in line and it still took 25 min today. 5-6 other people walked in and the counter person took their orders before starting on my coffee and the person ahead of me. I did not get a flight today but they are pricey (around $16-17) and you are really only getting a couple sips in each (4 samples). This business needs to have more staff--especially in the morning hours, it is a coffee shop! read more

Lots of seating in a nice nook and cranny arrangement that allows for quiet/private seating. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the food is pre-made. My coffee drink is simple, a 12oz double shot nonfat latte. Both times, it tasted like it was just warm steamed milk, no coffee taste at all, and not hot. I would suggest that the baristas/manager/owner should visit Peet's coffee in Redmond to taste what a latte should taste like... Out of all the coffee shops in the local Mill Creek area none meet the quality and standards of Peets, my wife and I go out of our way daily to visit Peet's. read more
