Jaye got me in last minute, listened to what I wanted, listened to what had just been done a couple days before so she didn't damage it further and produced a phenomenal color. I was so relieved, happy and ecstatic that it turned out so beautiful even after all the processing. Jaye gave me a small bottle of product to use free of charge to recover my hair from the processing that had been done in the short period of time and recommended a good shampoo and conditioner which I purchased from her. She produced a beautiful color, used amazing products on my hair and could comb right through it, didn't pull of it out leaving it on the floor like Renee and never burned me with the hair dryer. I would not recommend for any child who is not able to sit still on their own. More recently, my hubby has even started getting his haircut here! He sees Candy, and has been a few times now. He has told me that he likes that she notes what she did to his hair in the computer so when he goes back she knows exactly what to do/what he likes. So.... The reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5.... Avoid ModSquad at all costs if you are looking to get your nails done. For a pedicure, they are sorely lacking.... No massage chair to sit in. Basically a small barely heated tub for your feet. As far as finger nails, I wanted to get an acrylic fill but they don't do that here. My mani/pedi experience here was terrible. And for a mani/pedi, I was seriously here for about 4 hours. The poor girl truly had no idea what she was doing. Also very small polish selection to choose from. I would not advise anyone to ever go here for nails. They simply aren't equipped and should just stick with the hair aspect and not nails.
