When this practice was Gateway Medical, it was a reasonably well run practice with good doctors…read more After the acquisition by PentaHealth, the practice is in the process of collapsing due to staff turnover, disorganization, and top-down process impositions by a management that doesn't understand the needs of a medical practice. PentaHealth's solution was to solve their problems with implementing a new EMR (Enterprise Medical Records) system that they couldn't seem to get their arms around. Poor management, lack of training and unqualified or under-qualified staff cannot be fixed by software, no matter how good it is. For Penta Health, it's been a disaster. Need to contact the office? No one answers the phone. Leave a voice message, no one calls back. Write a message on the "portal", no one answers. And if someone does answer, it's not your doctor to whom you addressed the message, but some untitled staff person who intercepted your message so who knows if the doctor even saw what you wrote. Gateway Medical had good doctors and most of them are still there. Unfortunately, the disorganisation, staffing problems and resulting chaos have put the doctors under impossible workloads and taken away their time to practice medicine. Chester County Hospital revoked practice privileges of PentaHealth physicians from their facilities this year due to PentaHealth management changes. Summary: good doctors held back by a confused and mismanaged corporate entity: stay away if you can.

She is very down to earth, easy to talk to, and offers great medical advice. She has children of her own so she can really sympathize with any medical issues your child is going through. My children have seen all of their physicians and we prefer Dr. Kim.

The nursing staff is extremely warm and welcoming when we come in and is happy to give advice over the phone. We've even found ourselves needing after hours assistance a few times and their nursing staff who monitors the phone has always gone above and beyond to make sure my child is healthy and safe; not to mention very reassuring to stressed parents in stressful situations at all hours of the night. It never feels like an inconvenience when we call. The doctors on staff are equally well trained and knowledgeable. When going through our visits they make a point to speak to my child and get her input directly in how she is feeling and make sure to never push her if she is feeling anxious about certain parts of the visit (I.e. checking ears if not truly necessary). They also keep the parents in mind, making sure we understand the full scope of whatever we're dealing with and preparing us with all the necessary resources to give our child adequate care. I really cannot recommend this practice enough. From primary care to sick visits, we've never had a bad experience.

Where do i start with this practice. He is something out of 70's trying to add new technology and…read moreit's just bad. You enter his waiting room and it is like walking into a 7o's time capsule. And the lady behind the counter was dressed like the era too an old school nurse uniform. They were still using an old school credit card machine. was not on the computer at all. They had some young Asian girl behind the counter trying to teach the older women to use the computer they did have. The one plus is that the wait wasn't too long. But than the rest of the show started. Freeman came in with a head set on and lap top attached to him. And was using the dragon program to notate his information right in front of you instead of doing it after. Instead of giving you his full attention he was more worried about that. Which sucked and when you asked questions to him he would look it up google and read it word for word from the internet. and when you brought up with health issues that dealt with the thyroid he would just push you to get surgery done. This was 2 years ago. I thought it may be different now but my grandma just this year was hospitalize for some health issues and thyroid issues. And of course who was here doctor on call to help with thyroid issues but good old freeman. Never told her about my experience with him. But she also had a weird experience. He cam in at 11pm at night to see her and talk to her. She was asleep when he came in and she heard him leaving and she asked him what he needed. He explained who he was and talked to her about her issues. He than went on to do twenty questions about why she wasn't taking her issues and got nasty. The issue with this is that no less than two minutes before she told him he just got diagnosed with the issue and didn't know. But he wasn't listen and just was rude towards her. She like me would go to his office and have almost the same interaction and experience i did. These are two different opinions but they both had the same experience. JUST DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO THIS MAN. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR ISSUES. MIGHT BE TIME TO RETIRE. iF YOU DO SEE HIM GOOD LUCK.

Jenna is amazing, she genuinely listens and addresses things that my old HRT doc never even considered or explained. And it's not just me, Jenna also did the same for my husband, who is on TRT. As a new resident and not knowing where anything is, I did countless google searches and was worried I wouldn't find a good HRT doctor. I was wrong, I found one that was BETTER than my old one! I cannot recommend RV enough. They're totally worth the time and money and I will never go with anyone else now. I have a lot of friends who use online providers like Midi, who tout that blood tests aren't necessary, which is true to a certain extent. A lot of my Midi friends suffer mentally and physically when their hormones fluctuate wildly. Then they google their own symptoms or run to me because I take blood tests that confirm my symptoms and they compare their symptoms to mine. RV is the full package...blood tests, symptoms, and thorough exams. So I also recommend RV over online providers also. Yes, you have to pay out of pocket but it is 100% worth it, I highly recommend Renewed Vitality!
